Great location for taking in a ball game. Took the grandkids and walked to a game as well as several area resturants. Was able to park our RV at no cost. The kids really enjoyed the breakfast and pool. Rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful and helpful. This hotel was excellent for individuals traveling to Phoenix for business downtown or NBA or MLB games. It was walking distance to the stadiums and several good restaurants in the area.

I was very unhappy with my stay here. The afternoon staff was most unfriendly, security is lacking, we even were asked for money by a beggar on hotel property. The room was not clean and the p-trap in the sink smelled like raw sewage! Yuck!

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites, Downtown Pheonix-Ballpark had THE most accomodating and family like service. Each person knew what to do no matter what their title was. A great local team and I will stay there every time I return to Phoenix.

The room was really nice. I wasn't as impressed by the pool. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was, particularly for the money.

The Phoenix Downtown Holiday Inn has some plumbing problems. The first night I was moved to a different room at 3:00 a.m. because the pipes for the boiler were banging very loud for hours and hours. The room at the other end of the hotel was much better. Otherwise the room was standard and fine. I liked that I could walk to the Suns games easily from the hotel. The city was extremely quiet and the drivers were among the most courteous I have ever seen.

the hotel was extremely well taken care of considering all the construction going on. besides the heat, it was great. we had the pool to ourselves both days, walking distance to the d'backs stadium. would definately come back.

Clean comfortable close to attractions and safe. No compalints. The hotel is within walking distance to attractions in Downtown Phoenix. Chase Field US Airways Center restaurants etc. Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms

Free parking. Very difficult to find, very noisy (thin walls), do not be late for breakfast since they do not refill the food after 9:00 a.m.

Walking distance to Chase Field and downtown area. Stayed in room next to stairwell (noisy at times). For the price, can't beat it. It was recently renovated and it looks like new. The desk person was professional, courteous, and helpful. The free breakfast was plentiful and varied. Wouldn't hesitate to make a return trip.

Location and amenities. This Holiday Inn is located in within walking distance of all downtown events, restaurants and bars. It also has good amenities along with good security. I would refer this hotel to my friends.

The room was immaculate, very clean and comfortable bed/bedding and walking distance to Chase Field. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was clean, bed was heaven with new down pillows and bedding, close to stadium which is why we stayed there. Overall it was wonderful.
