Yes, tell the people that you do not have WIFI in all of the floors. We were for a Convention. The room was Exec. Suite on 9th floor NO WIFI. The Hotel was full and would not move us.

Comfortable rooms and excellent decor. Paper plates for breakfast. Not good! Excellent location, with very comfortable and clean suites. Close to a lot of restaurants just 2 blocks away. I particularly enjoyed the food at crabby Jose. The hotel is right in the center of downtown. Underground parking was very convenient. I didn't like the paper plates for breakfast rather cheap. The range of items on the buffet was also fairly limited. Overall a good place to stay.

Everything was fine - clean comfortable rooms and beds. Free wireless internet. Nice exercise room with 5 good machines and a tv. Good free breakfast. Location downtown, rather than out in the sticks, was a plus for us. Complimentary fruit at the main desk was a nice touch. :)

The Holiday Inn Express on Dundas was located perfectly for going to the Fair and for eating downtown. There is a wonderful Italian Resturant next door and it is walking distance to downtown London. The hotel was wonderful....great pillows too. I was a female alone, but I felt very safe at the sight. Many of my fellow riders stay out on Wellington where there are more choices, but I didn't waste gas getting back to my hotel.

This hotel has a Great location if you are visiting the downtown area or John Labbatt Center. the hotel has been recently remodelled and the rooms halls and elevators are like new. The hotel staff were very cordial and helpful.

This hotel is in downtown London, with underground parking; good for traveling in the winter! There are several restaurants nearby that deliver to the hotel, which was a huge bonus to us, as we did not get to our suite until after 9pm. The rooms were tastefully decorated; lighting was not too harsh, and the bed was comfortable with a good choice of pillows. It was very quiet; we could not hear other guests unless they were talking as they passed our door. There was plenty to eat for breakfast with the usual Continental choices and also biscuits & gravy, sausage, and cheese omelets. The value we got for our money was very good, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was so nice, brand new and the breakfast was amazing. Staff went out of their way for us and were very sweet. What a great hotel

The room was moderately decored, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. I could not make a local call to a location that was just down the street. Something was wrong with my rooms phone line. I recommend this hotel, because the room was very attractive and comfortable (including a nice size flat screen TV). The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location for walking to restaurants, shopping, cafes, entertainment and the park (basically to enjoy downtown). They also serve a good complimentary breakfast, which includes hot food (i.e. sausage, eggs, biscuits), fruit, cereal, tasty juices (not watery), coffee, milk, bagels, etc. Parking is $7/day (the Hilton is around the corner at $12/day).

I had the suite, and it's worth the few extra dollars. 2 flat screens TV with many international channels, good sized fridge and microwave. Huge bed that was very comfortable. Nice staff, good location. Did know that they charged for parking until I checked out, but it was only $7.50CND. I would stay there again

Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Bathroom was very clean. Parking. This hotel was very nice.The staff were very friendly and nice. The continental breakfast had a nice assortment of foods and juices.
