Staff so friendly. Room assignment - how embarressing I had a bad experience. After arriving at the hotel around 10 pm as tired as I am. I checked in and thought I could go up to my room and relax. NOT!!!!!! at this point I was glad my husband was making noise this late, as I was opening the room with our key, someone yelled from within the room to "Get out!" and it scared me to death. All started yelling Oh My God someone is in our room and we ran out downstairs and I started yelling at the lady who checked us in, I was not only embarressed what had just happened to us but upset. From what happened they double booked us in a room and then we had to wait for them to put us into another room. We are lucky no one started shooting or beating us for walking into a room that was already booked. The hotel staff was real friendly after that but I dont know if I could ever stay there again. I was truely embarressed by the whole situation. The next day while checking out the guy named Jeremy apologized and said he could not give us a discount since I had booked this room through a 3rd party. What a bummer!

Even though it's near downtown, but it's NOT that convenience to be honest. Shuttle bus only runs every hours and "NOT" on time as scheduled. If you have appointments for meeting or reservation at restaurants- DON'T count on waiting for the hotel shuttle. Staff did not rely your message or keeping their promises...NOT GOOD business management! Since it's rather new, the room is very nice and well kept by maid staff. When I reported problem about the phone in the room to the front desk that the voice message light kept blinking even though I had discarded all my voice messages, the answer I got was that it's just acting that way...and the problem was never resolved. I think the management team still has time to direct the service staff to a better service direction, otherwise the reputation of this place will drive this nice renovated property out of the modern cut-throat hotel business soon.

This Holiday Inn was centrally located, had a cool decor, and great free breakfast. The rooms were very nice, with a mini fridge and microwave. My only complaint was the bed was a bit too firm for my tastes.

Rude front desk/breakfast. Upon arrival and after showering, we pulled back the sheets to go to bed and there wasstains on the sheets. It was 12:30 at night and we were moved to a King suite at no additional charge. When we got to breakfast, the lady working the breakfast was very rude and did not want to help its guests. Very rude people work here!

This was an incredible hotel! I was a little worried when I drove up, but it was amazing! I would highly recommend this for a weekend getaway. They will take you to Sundance Square and pick you up whenever you call. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds! I loved it!

I understand the hotel was newly remodeled & reopened. It looked brand new. The staff was very nice and helpful. They are only .5 miles from Sundance Square in the heart of Ft Worth. It was too cold to walk so their free shuttle was verry convenient. I know they also took people to the stockyards. We had a great view of downtown from our room.

In their description they state "Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth" - they are not kidding... The hotel is brand new and updated so fashionably and bright and colorful - The staff - so friendly - Southern Hospitality like you expect in Texas.. Answered all my questions and recommended a great restaurant to dine before our concert at the Convention Center. They have a shuttle (which I highly recommend) that will take you within a 3-mile radius of the hotel and pick you up after your day or evening out. Parking is limited downtown especially with all the events they have going on downtown. What can I say, amazing! The hotel was the most clean and amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. My career takes me all around the world to different hotels, but this is by far one of the best ever! Everything is so new! They even have the newest Holiday Inn Express sign! You have go there. You just have to!

I loved the hotel. You could definitely tell it was new!! So retro and very in with the times. The people at the front desk greeted us every time we walked in the front door. I felt very welcome there.

Close to stockyards, very clean, modern, and friendly staff. Bathrooms were very small. Was surprised that is was only a 2 star hotel, could very easily be a 3 or 4 star. Very nice, great breakfast, good pool.

The staff was awesome. It was my daughters 10th Birthday, she had a sleep over at the hotel.The staff sent her flowers,card and treats. They were so awesome made it a great day for her and her friends. Will stay here again. nothing bad at all to say about this hotel!

Very friendly people. They did not have a restaurant. Very nice stay and very friendly personnel working here. Very close to downtown Ft. Worth, Amtrak, Texas Regional Rail, and bus terminal. Very clean.

Very clean, friendly and accomodating staff, close to attractions. Walls were paper thin and could hear everything. It suited our needs for location. The staff was great and very helpful. We traveled with our three year old and would not stay here again for that reason. The hotel was clean and very nice. Only problem, the walls were paper thin so you could hear most conversations next door perfectly. Because it was close to downtown and Stockyards, there were a lot of late night party goers coming in. We were woken up several times throughout the night when people were coming back from the partying. Some continued the party, which made it difficult to sleep. When traveling with a child, it made it difficult.

Would stay there again. My 2 adult daughters loved the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer - we had to leave after just staying over night due to am immediate family members death.

Front desk staff, shuttle drivers, cook and warm breakfast, excellent! Shuttle not available after 11pm. Meetings run long on occasion. Front desk and the two shuttle drivers were the people we were in contact with the most. Their attitudes were awesome. Very friendly. Food was great, nice variety. Great family atmosphere.

It was clean and the facilities were in excellent shape. The indoor pool was too cold but the hot tub was good. The hotel was easy to get to. Parking was close tot he doors. It was a clean hotel. The breakfast was good for quick eating. The rooms were nice, the matresses were firm. I wold stay at this hotel again.

Very close to Cook's Childrens Hospital. Could hear the guy next door snooring. He might have been able to hear me too! My nine year old son thought it was a cool college hotel. It put a big smile on his face which always makes us happy.
