When I got there I didn't know it was valet parkiong only. Second when I went to check in, the room I booked on here they didn't have. They said booking a room on orbitz didn't assure it being there which I thought was ridiculous! If I booked it on here I should have had it when I got there. What was the point of me using the website. I will positively say I will never use orbitz again unless you can guarantee me the room I booked on orbitz will be the room I get @ the hotel. I was very dissappointed.

It was downtown. Not wireless.

We booked this hotel for the sole purpose of going downtown for opening day and not having to drive home. The hotel was a great decision. During the day we walked to greektown and then to the game. After the game we walked back to greektown and then took the people mover back from greektown to the hotel later that night. The hotel rooms were very nice and clean. The full breakfast bar in the morning was a bonus as well. If only downtown could turn around, we would love to go downtown more often. The sad part was when we woke up in the morning, looked out the window, only to see all the streets vacant and no one around. Maybe one day in my lifetime we will have a downtown to be proud of. We got a glimmer of that this night.

We arrived 3 hours after check in time and a room (with 2 queen beds) was not ready or available. We had to wait only 20 minutes until room was ready. Also given free valet parking because of the inconvenience. Concert and Tigers game both going on at same time. Excellent location for walking from Fillmore Theater and many other attractions in the downtown area. Did not feel unsafe at all. Would definitely stay here again.

The rate was comparable to other hotels in the downtown area. We appreciated the convience of driving from one casino to another once we figured out the circle the main Street was in. The breakfast was a real plus, I only wish they had of served bacon rather than just sausage. The rooms were clean and cozy another plus.

Location was great, centrally located. No parking, had to pay 20 for valet which was very disappointing. Good for what it was. Had a nice nights sleep and the location was awesome.

The hotel itself was fine, but the location mad it difficult to easily get dinner or find something to do in the evening. Our room was directly under the pool and it sounded like the roof was going to cave in. Fortunately, the pool closed at 10:00.

house keeping was pounding on my door at 830am,you got to be kidding...you can hear other room doors slam all nite.would like a refund..told the front desk about all the complaints and they seemed to me that they didnt care..

Friendly staff. No free parking (acceptable for a downtown hotel). We recently moved from Detroit to Toledo, and when coming back to visit we booked this hotel on Priceline. I was very satisfied with the service and the cleanliness.

Nice clean hotel in a good location. With in 15-20 minute walk to Joe Lewis Arena, Greektown and MGM casino. Clean rooms though smaller, nice breakfast buffet, and freindly staff. Only thing we did not like was it was hard to vallet park and the rooms were a little bit noisey. Would reccommend to others.

This hotel was right in the middle of all the Detroit action. We walked back to our Hotel from the Joe after the game. That was after the free shuttle from the attached bar and grill took us to the game! The casino's were a 3 dollar taxi ride if you didn't want to walk. The vallet parking took my truck and I never saw it again until I was ready to leave. Didn't need it!! Comerica and Ford field were about the same distance. That was cool! Breakfast bar hit the spot in the morning too! The vallet guys pointed us to everywhere we wanted to go as well. It was a great stay. On top of that, the WINGS WON!
