We made the trip to Cleveland specifically for the Il Divo concert at the Wolstein Center. When we arrived we inquired about possibly walking to the center (less than 1 mi. away). We were advised not to do that. Instead the young woman hired us a van to take us and bring us to and from the concert. That was absolutely PERFECT! What a joy!

I truly liked the location of the hotel. It was near everything. The ice machines were broken, the breakfast was nasty, and the ac was loud. The hotel is very close to most of all the tourist attractions in Cleve land. Everything was withing walking distance. The hotel was for the most part clean and I would return. The Internet was very fast and I had no trouble with the room in general. I would suggest that one not eat the breakfast because it was very poor. Also, the hotel offers a small arcade, but bring quarters because it is not free. In a place as nice as that, one would think the pool tables and arcade games were free. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and could not have got a better hotel in the same area for a better price.

The hotel was above and beyond what I expected out of a Holiday Inn Express. My room had polished hardwood floors and was enormous. The location is right downtown, and the price was great. I booked with a flight + hotel deal on Orbitz, and saved $40 that way.

Staff was very pleasant and location was great -- within walking distance of the Rock Hall of Fame. Room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, but could have been a little cleaner -- mysterious gunk on the side of the toilet. One side of the window curtain was detached and sagging, as if someone hadn't understood how to open the curtain and tried to tear it away from the wrong side. Aside from those small negatives, the room was very quiet and the flat-screen TV was really cool. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was some construction going on in the hotel, but we didn't hear anything in our room. The pool was closed while we were there. Not a big deal for us, but a family with little kids might be disappointed. Convenient shuttle to Jacobs Field for baseball game.

This hotel was close to the baseball stadium and the basketball stadium. One draw back is you have to pay to park, and the parking garage is not in the hotel. It was a fun different hotel in an old bank so it is not traditional. A lot of fun and the staff was great.

Very nice location downtown. Easy walk to all the attractions including Progressive Field and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The free breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and very filling. Comfortable room. The dining choices are pretty limited during the evening. Road construction currently makes it somewhat hard to find.

I loved it everyone was pleasant and the place was clean. there was restaurants in walking distance. The water pressure was excellant and didn't run out of hot water. I will stay again.

Very professional staff, clean rooms, inexpensive compared to other local hotels, free basic continental breakfast. parking is 12 per day. Located in the middle of the city and Very close to the basketball and baseball stadiums, and local bars and restaurants.

Location in center of city was ideal for walking around. Had to pay 12.00 daily to park across the street. The room was efficient, workers were friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean.

We were upgraded to a King Bed, corner room overlooking downtown Cleveland. Had ammenities we didn't expect... microwave, fridge. We could walk to great restaurants & entertainment. It was even walkable to R&R Hall of Fame. Very luxurious. Friendly & helpful staff.

This hotel was perfect for a little getaway. The room was spotless and nice, the continental breakfast was huge, and the staff was very nice. A game room and billiards was a nice touch as well. This hotel was minutes away from Jacob's field and also within walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. I will stay here every time I go to Cleveland!

It was close to whatI wanted to see which was an NBA game. There was cracks in the ceiling try to shut the curtain the stick was on the floor. The beds were amazingly comfortable did not like the construction by my room windows could at least be upgraded friendly people very helpfully with finding a place to eat.
