Clerk was very nice in getting me into a room before 1 pm. Staff are friendly; rooms are very nice and location is great.

Was not happy that the other bed was a sofa bed - would have preferred a room with 2 queen beds but told that would be an extra $30 over the price per night for me to upgrade. Otherwise fine.

The hotel is pretty much centrally located. We were very near Chinatown and not far from Old Montreal by foot. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hallways were a little funky and the carpeting could use some shampooing. Also there was a lot of dirty laundry piled in the hallway which made me uneasy, but once we got to the room we found that it was clean and quite large. I was surprised that we had a nice little kitchenette which was helpful. The breakfast buffet was a little crowded, but the offerings were good. The fitness room was out of the way and scary for a woman alone, but still not bad.

Enjoyed the hotel, IGA nearby so you can heat up a quick meal if you want to save money. Clean rooms, comfy beds, spacious. Felt like I was in my own apartment in the city.

Family of 4 had a good affordable stay here. No pool, but a good breakfast. 1 mile to McGill, 1/2 mile to old quarter, 3 blocks to the big arts plaza.

The hotel was located perfectly in downtown Montreal. Ten to fifteen minutes walking to anywhere you wanted to go, including the Metro station. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and very accommodating to non-French speakers. The suite was clean, and was cleaned throughly every day by the rooms staff. The only weird thing was that the kitchenette had no stove or oven- a dishwasher, sink, full-size fridge, the whole bit. But nothing to actually cook with except a microwave- and a small one at that. Maybe its just me, but I was thinking I would get at least a couple of burners or a hot plate, instead of just a micro, but whatever. The rest of the room made up for i, as did the staff. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Montreal with a family.

Room was just right. No parking. Location located within walking distance to all required venues. Need valet parking at $16.50/day, bit pricey for hotel guests. Overall experience was very satisfactory and would stay there again.

Would come to Montreal just to stay here. Very quiet, very comfortable room, super beds with choice of pillow firmness. A clean place to stay, and we were never bothered by noise.

This hotel is well situated and the rooms are spacious and clean. My experience checking in with a cold and condescending front desk agent soured my experience here though. The other staff were fine.

The friendliness of the people when we arrived. They were all willing to help. Nothing in particular. Nice large room with 2 televisions and very comfortable beds.

The room was great. The free breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located. It was below zero when we were there, but we were able to walk to food and fun. The staff was amazing. So helpful. I can't say enough about how impressed I was by them.

i read the reviews of others on this hotel and they were right on target. i would stay here again & recommend it to my friends.the place was clean, and the service excellent. if you're traveling from airport and don't need a car, take the shuttle."

Conference room rate was $140 per night so I got a great deal. I stayed one mile away and took my cold weather gear in order to walk to and from conference. With the Suite room I had a microwave and refrigerator. Made my own meal for two of the nights that I was there. In summary, I was able to get some good exercise and eat smart without paying a fortune.

Location, quiet, and comfortable room. The hot water did not come on for my shower in the morning, though it came on later. I recommend it; breakfast was good (except for omelet which would have been better without processed cheese. Free newspaper. Parking costs extra but is reasonable, and we left our car their on the day we checked out until 5 pm. Staff was helpful and courteous.

This was a good hotel, centrally located to a lot of the attractions of the city. The room was clean and comfortable. A great bargain especially if you're out and about most of the time.

Sweet suite, complete with bedroom, living room, kitchen/ appliances. Very nice, helpful staff (esp. evening staff), and a good breakfast every morning. It was close to all the sites of Montreal (Old Montreal, Port/museums, Chinatown), and reasonably priced. We had a very nice time there.
