Clean and comfortable. The plastic sheet on the bed. Good for the money.

Room had a musty odor due to wet towel stuffed under AC to absorb leaking condensate, bathroom exhaust duct very dirty, (not much draw), light hanging out of the ceiling in the bathroom. Other than that, the room and stay was good.

The bed! Nothing. It was a very nice stay. I left early in the morning and didn't receive my receipt, when I went to the desk there was no one there.

I was really suprised that the room i had reserved had only had a shower in it and no tub. I just drove 7 hours to get there and was looking forward to relaxing in a bath but i guess all the regular rooms are only equipped with a shower. When i went to the hotel desk and asked if i could possibly switch to another room with a tub the lady at the desk said we have none available, without even checking. I thought that was very rude and i was disappointed in how unfriendly they were.

Staff was helpful and very nice. Location is great. My room needed a few repairs, like the bathroom handle was broke. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. They made sure they took care any needs.

We transferred to this hotel after a disappointing night at another hotel. This hotel was soothing to our spirit and the beds were so comfy I didn't want to get out. Great breakfast in the morning. Well located in Dover. How nice to have a microwave and fridge!

Location! Non-professional housing staff! Housing staff needs to be retrained on who is the customer and how to handle the traveling public with care!

We liked the accessibility to town without the noise of town. Nothing. The clerks were helpful and very friendly meeting our every need. The breakfast provided was very satisfying and the breakfast room was comfortable. If we are in Dover again, we will stay here.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed linens and towels were very soft and comfy. At late check in, desk attendant was not informative at all. At check out, desk attendant was not interested in forwarding a reservation for my stay. The hotel facilities and room were clean and comfy. The hotel staff was not informative or helpful the two times I was in direct contact with them.

Very clean, good location. We would have liked to have had a king bed, not queen. It would be nice if when we book through it that we could request a king, non-smoking room. We had 1 queen bed in our room.
