Good location to places we were going. The shower head needed to be replaced - old. Nice and clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Free continental breakfast was OK. Would have liked a waffle maker. All in all we were satisfied with our stay. Would definitely return when in the area again.

The rooms are very comfortable. Pool available but not heated only con. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast lounge was clean, comfortable,and tasty. I will stay here again.

Clean. My room was facing the pool. There was only a sheer curtain and the room didn't get dark at night. Additional curtains would be nice.

if you are looking for a great price and an extremely clean and friendly hotel, this is it! the breakfast was outstanding and fresh it had many options and everything tasted home cooked the rooms are stunningly clean and the bathrooms are always stocked with fresh towels and the HUGE vanity mirror is great! the pillows were marshmallowly soft and smelled of clean linen checking in and out was surprisingly quick and the staff answered all our questions the hotel was the most friendly and clean hotel that we have been to in our lives so far! i was surprised that no body wrote a review about this great hotel when we booked it!

The room was nice and suited our needs perfectly. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was very nice and clean, but smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and I will.

I liked the way they handled the rowdy males that were noisy and rude. There was no refrigerator in the room. My husband was not thrilled when I told him we were staying at a HIEX. But he was surprised. The room was quite large, nicely furnished. Everything was in working order. The room was clean, plenty of towels etc. There were adolescent boys on our floor and they were running through the corridor and yelling. When I asked them to be quiet the young man apologized but then referred to me in a derogatory manor in the elevator in which my husband was in. When my husband returned to the room, and I told him about the kids, he told me what he had heard. My husband spoke to the manager and it was taken care of promptly. In fact, the coach for the boys wanted to bring the young man to our room to apologize, but we were already for sleep. The breakfast was excellent. Hot omelets, cream dried beef, light fluffy biscuits, sausage and French toast, plus cereal, yogurt, milk, pastries, coffee, juice and tea. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

Clean, close to areas of interest. Noisy; small exercise room and pool. Modern, clean and close to excellent restaurants, shopping, movies etc. Nice wide selection for free breakfast bar. Only problem-noisy-high pitch noise in bathroom that was constant.

Clean room, complimentary breakfast. Noise of other guests. This hotel would have been great if not for the Florida Lightning and Manatee Snootylicious Wrestling teams with 4-12 graders running around slamming doors, yelling, and wrestling in the hallways and nearby rooms through the night and early in the morning. The coaches went drinking at the local nightclub and left the wild children behind; the staff could not control them, and we should have called the police. Aside from that, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The location was great and convenient to shopping centers and restaurants. The staff was superb. The hotel didn't have a microwave in the lobby area. My stay at the hotel was pleasant. I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. The location was convenient to my final destination of Ocean City beach.
