The entire hotel seemd newly renovated or well taken care of. It was refreshing to walk into a room with all of our expectations exceeded. The entire hotel was very quiet. What a great change from other hotels! Our room was very clean and spacious. My husband moved the couch alittle to accomidate us better in watching our pay-per-view movie (great that they were offered!) and was pleased to find NOTHING under the couch! The only down side is the staff appeared to be over worked and under paid.

Clean and quiet, studio rooms are great. Too many kids on weekends, needs casual dining facility needs updated TVs. Excellent value for the money. Easy access, friendly staff. Nice pool area, workout room. Room complete with fridge and micro.

For the price I paid I was completely satisfied with what I got. I wouldn't hessitate to use this hotel again another time.

The hotel was fine, the location was convenient to the airport and I got a great rate. However, I didn't realize if I made reservations through Orbitz, I would not get my points for staying at the Holiday Inn. The reason I booked there was the "Stay 2 nights, Get 1 Free" promotion but the stay did not qualify because I did not book directly with the hotel. I learned of this at check-in.

Very clean pool and public areas, continental breakfast was great with many items to choose from. Suite bed room was not set apart from living area. Someone knocked on our door late at night.(not staff). For the price it is next to unbeatable. Enjoyed the stay.

The rooms was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Thought they had a full breakfast. We did not spend much time at the hotel, we checked in about 6:00 pm, went to dinner, got back to hotel about 8:30, watched a little TV, went to bed, we left the next morning at 8:00 am. The location of the hotel was great for us.

Convenience to airport and restaurants. The beds were hard, no water pressure, and towels were musty. This hotel was in the middle of renovations. It had new paint and the lobby was attractive. With any luck their renovations will extend to the rooms. Although the room had been repainted and countertops renovated, their renovations had not extended to replacing the furnishings or improving the water pressure. The lighting limited and the air conditioner/heater had limit settings on it.

Better than expected breakfast! The pool was not open-sad grandchildren. We were pleasantly surprised by the great complimentary breakfast--better than most hotels! We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the shower. There was black mildew in the corners. It was obvious that our room had been smoked in and I am not sure if a smoke-free room was something that we could request. My grandchildren were disappointed that the pool was closed. We were offered privileges at another hotel, but it was across the interstate. Not being familiar with the area, we didn't feel like trying to find it or find our way back.

The hotel provided a shuttle to and from the airport and allowed me to park my car while on vacation. The hotel needed maintenance, paint in the room needed to be completed. Needs updating. The overall experience was fine. I was able to park my car and leave it in the parking lot while on vacation for 5 days. The hotel provided airport shuttle to and from the airport and I had no problems connecting with them (except the hotel told me to go wait for the shuttle at the gate I was located at and the shuttle driver was several doors down waiting for me. I could not see the letters or name on the van so I was waiting until a man heard me say the name of the shuttle service and he yelled back at me that they were down at the other door.) The room could have been cleaner and the pool had tiles falling off, the hot tub was closed for repair and the overall appearance of the hotel was that it needs updating and repairs.

Te staff was very accomodating and friendly. Te rooms smell terrible and many walls were half painted with no indication of actual renovation. In short, this hotel was terrible. The staff helped us out the best they could, and they were very nice. However, the facilities were not at all pleasing. Non-smoking rooms smelt of smoke and other unpleasant odors. The bathroom walls were only partially painted and the wainscotting in the hallways was falling off in many places. Rundown is an appropriate term for this hotel.

Cose to airport. Drty, nasty shower with wet doors and shower floor; outdated. This was a horrible hotel. Had it not been so late when I checked in I would have left. When I arrived in my room, there were dirty towels on the sofa. I got another room and the shower door and floor of the shower were wet. There was dirty, discolored water on the floor of the shower. The decor was very outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. The halls were dark and I did not feel safe. I would never stay here again.

The hotel, despite some construction, was quiet, very clean and relaxing. I forgot my toothbrush and they did not have a complimentary one, or one for purchase. This hotel is ideal for those leaving early from DFW airport. It only takes a few minutes, even with traffic to get to the airport from there. It is quiet, comfortable, clean and friendly.

Very nice common areas. Hotel staff was very inexperienced. Very nice mid-range business hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great free breakfast and the common areas (pool, spa, courtyard and lobby bar). Hotel offers free happy hour appetizer snacks.

AC very noisy and controls were inadequate; and there was a strange odor. Suitable for travelers needing access to the airport, but hotel is not well-maintained. Old style wall AC unit blasted cold air on low setting and was very loud.
