Great breakfast, fantastic matresses, friendly staff. Nothing I did not like. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a motel or hotel. I will stay there again if the occasion arises. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to any and everybody!

Relative to other establishments of similarity within this quadrant, this particular facililty is the most effective in terms of congeniality, flexibility, quality of sustinance, and other salient factors. Of lesser and derogatory import is the inadeqate recreational pool depth. I often lay over at this place of rest when I travel back and forth to the Vulcan homeworld. It was easy to find and very convenient. The dining room was very crowded and we could not find a seat. Easy to find. Clean and nicely decorated. It did get noisy at night when some kids were running down the hall and talking loudly. The rooms could be better insulated for sound.

Attractive hotel in close proximity to Crossville. Staff is very friendly, and rooms are comfortable.

Convenient. Parking was inadequate. We had guaranteed late arrival, staff waiting and helpful, room was top floor and AC was off. Temp was near 106 in Crossville that day so room was musty and hot, took 15 minutes to cool down. Everything else was fine; my wife liked the bed (unusual). Would go back.

This hotel is unfortunately being run by teenagers. The front desk is in competant due to the kids behind the counter. And if you want to get into your room just hte slightest bit early forget it. The rooms will not be cleaned or so they say. Plan on a 3PM arrival or somewher to go and have something to do. Also the same "Kids" were there upon check out. They have never dealt with packages from Travelocity nor has there manager, we are still awaiting our charges as they felt the need to charge the room repeatedly. The breakfast is adequate and the coffee is great. The service in the breakfast area was very good. The two ladies that run that area are very efficient and helpful. Just down right nice ladies which is a welcome relief from the kids at the desk.
