The hotel is new and the bedding is extremely comfortable. Very convenient for the trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff.

Aplace to sleep. Everything. No drapes on windows and the front desk person made me wait while he was outside using his cellphone. Would not stay there again.

"I was visiting Cooperstown to see the Baseball Hall of Fame. This hotel is an excellect choice. Beds are especially good and they have a very good breakfast - rolls, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee etc. which was more than enough. It's about 10 minutes from the Hall of Fame and there is a grocery store next to hotel where you could get drinks and snacks. My room had a microwave and refrigerator so you could make some meals. Nicely appointed, shower curtain was falling down in bathroom, and hotel desk help was unsure of directions to other places, but overall a great stay."

The Holiday Inn Express was just what I needed while attending a conference at the Baseball Hall of Fame. The room was comfortable and included a small refrigerator to store food and drinks. The location was a short drive into Cooperstown that made it easy to get back and forth, and also close to a few dining options and a grocery store.

Friendly staff, great location, and very clean. Nothing. The staff was really good about answering questions about local restaurants, etc. Very clean and comfortable, yummy cookies, breakfast was way more than what we had expected!

"We were extremely pleased with the comfort (the new linens at all Holiday Inn Expresses are great), location, and pleasant staff at this hotel. The breakfast room looks out over beautiful scenery -- very relaxing. Should we travel to Cooperstown again in the future, we'd definitely stay here again."

Friendly staff and clean. Bed hard as a rock & couldn't get room dark. Overall nice hotel for short stays. Clean and pleasant staff. Nice breakfast buffet.

We made reservations to stay here at the last minute not really knowing how nice the hotel would be. It turned out to be more than we had expected. the hotel seemed to be built recently with rooms that were good in size and comfort. the employees were kind and helpful. the only bad thing i have to say about this hotel was that their indoor pool and spa werent open which is what a visitor from december had said about her stay here. hopefully next time it will be fixed.

Deserves more than 2 stars. Lovely towels and can't say enough about the bedding...especially the pillows. Staff was very helpful and accomodating.

Pleasant atmosphere, country setting very comfortable. Proximity to Cooperstown was misleading - hotel is quite a distance. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel - it is clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

"Great service, Hotel is under-rated.continental breakfast was great.Loved fridge and microwave in room. Only problem was Pool was out of order the 3 days I was there. there should be a notice on the web site. Gym smelled bad."
