The room nice, very clean. The only thing we didn't like is every time a motorcycle or semi drove by the hotel you could hear it. This made it hard to sleep peacefully.

After working a long hard day on family property in the area I went online to book a room with a king bed. When I booked the room the only low priced rooms left available were double beds. When I arrived at the hotel with my Priority Club membership in hand I was upgraded to a King/Jacuzzi suite at no addition cost. The staff was fantastic. The room was exceptionally clean and the Jacuzzi was refreshing after a long days work. I didn't stay for breakfast but it looked wonderful. Right off the interstate and close to shopping the location is great. Thanks Holiday for another great stay.

Very friendly staff. Coke vendor waking you up. I had a king room that was nice but outdated. Very comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and friendly, real Southern hospitality. The free breakfast was good and there was plenty of choices. They should not let vendors fill drink machines that early in the morning slamming drink cans into machines sounded like they were remodeling the hallway.

DO NOT RESERVE ROOMS HERE. In 2005 my credit card was build twice for the one night stay. Last year I called to make reservations and the connection was so poor I hung up without getting a confirmation number or anything. My credit card was charged for two night for a room I never had. In 2005, American Express was able to correct the problem. In 2006 I was unable to pursue the problem and American Express PAID which meant I had to pay. The owners and/or office people there are crooks.

Super staff from front desk, housekeepping and breakfast team - lots of hotels - but the right people make all the difference. nothing. A warm friendly greeting and a simple check-in procedure hinted that our expectations would be exceeded - they were! Modest but clean, quiet, comfortable rooms and a fresh/hot self serve breakfast opportunity convinced us (and the couple we were traveling with) we, indeed, had found a perfect match. We extended our stay an additional night. Travelers seeking an honest value and a genuine caring staff wont be disappointed.

The rooms were so nice and roomy. Very clean. I had a hard time connecting to the internet. I liked this hotel very much. I will going back again on 8/29/08. I will strongly recommend that my family and friends stay there.

Convenient to shops. More costly than expected. Hotel was comfortable, right on Hwy. 441. It was sometimes difficult to cross the road due to traffic. It was quiet with few people at the time we were there.

Clean and new. Uncomfortable beds and loud traffic noise. I was awakened many times during the night by traffic going by on the major highway that was just outside my window. Need thicker walls and better mattresses. Other than that, the hotel was nice. Also, need a microwave in the breakfast area. Hard to eat frozen muffins.

The decor and details were very upscale for the price, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. This hotel had many of the high-end details and feel of a more expensive hotel, but with a more affordable price. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very spacious and the bathroom was nicely set up. I would stay in a Holiday Inn Express again in the future.

The bed/pillows and the shelves in the bathroom & cleanliness & wireless. There was nothing I didn't like. This was a great place to stay. I was with my 11 yr old daughter and she didn't want to leave after one night! The room was the roomiest room I have been in!

It was very comfortable. Only one entrance. We have stayed at other hotels in the area and the aren't as nice. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very nice and friendly. We plan to stay again!
