This was a nice hotel. The rooms were updated and are in good shape. Very clean. Had a nice breakfast bar in the morning. The hotel had a pool and there happened to be A LOT of kids there that weekend. It was kind of loud when the kids ran through the hall and the elevator was always wet from dripping kids coming from the pool--but they looked like they were having a blast so it was hard to be too critical! The TV was small and older, but we left early in the morning so it wasn't a big deal. The bathroom was nice and big, though, with a nice shower and the curved shower curtain that gives you a lot of elbow-room, which was appreciated by my husband who is very tall. Overall, a very good experience.

Doing the College Tour Thing with 2 Families so have stayed at all sorts of hotels near Universities. This was by far the best. Big rooms, new/super comfortable beds, fluffy towels, cystral clean ... everything. And while the hotel is right off the expressway it is set back enough that it was quiet. Fantastic free breakfast; 2 kinds of eggs, sausage, huge cinnamon rolls, cereal, several fresh fruits, 3 juices, milk and more, plus they had a person to refill items if they ran out. Just a few blocks drive to OSU. Plus the manager and staff were very busy checking to assure everything was OK. Only negative is there is no where to walk around outside; neighborhood is mix of Wendy's, auto repair and older homes Will definitely stay in this hotel again and again if OSU is on our family's future.

I attended a conference in Columbus and was able to maneuver around the city easily from this location. The breakfast, pool, and very clean room and halls made this a place I would come back to.

Clean, pleasant staff, accommodating. Ran out of parking spaces because hotel guests took up more than one by the way they parked.

This was a short overnighter to Columbus. The hotel is an easy on & off 71. Clean & comfy. Had to wait awhile to check in due to a hockey team checking in before me. My only complaint bananas were the only fresh fruit on the breakfast bar.

the hotel was very clean and the workers were very friendly, they had free internet access with printer that was very nice. they were a little understaffed at night though. the pool was very clean and well kept. the breakfast area was nice and the food was good. it was close to the interstate but was very hard to find after being in the city. i would recomend this hotel to others.

Continental breakfast had many nice choices. Hotel was nice especially for the area. Short walk to crew stadium from this hotel. The grout was being fixed in the bathroom when we arrived to room, it was still crumbling but no big deal. Staff were very friendly and helpful,we got lost off the interstate and had to call for directions. Would stay here again

Breakfast bar was very convenient. Beds were a little hard. Every employee was very polite and professional. The quick food in the breakfast bar really hit the spot just enought to get your day going. Rooms were fine, except I thought the beds were a litttle too hard for me. Would definately return! Location was close to our attractions for the whole weekend!

Came to Columbus to go to the Ohio State Fair. Had reservations at another hotel by the fair grounds, but due to the awful conditions of the hotel had to move my family to a better hotel. The staff at the Holiday Inn express was very helpful. Let me look at the room before making my reservation so that I could see that the room was clean. Everyting was great during our stay. Everything was very clean and so was the pool area. We will absolutly come back to this hotel next time we are in Columbus. I do not need anymore filthy surprises.

Clean rooms and helpful staff. Not many good places to eat nearby. Clean, good prices and helpful staff. An expensive cab ride and long drive relative to it's proximity to Downtown Columbus.

It was very close to the highway, it made it really easy to get where we were going, plus there was a Wendy's right next door. The area was run down. The room size was great. It was well kept up. Cable TV was very limited, only 10 channels to choose from. Continental breakfast was good. Hotel was very close to highway and was next to a fast food restaurant. The area was very industrial and rundown though.

Staff excellent and the maids were wonderful and good at keeping us with everything we needed. The location was very unsafe. If you drove down the street it was bad as far as safety. It was really great. The location might be a concerned of women traveling alone or going out by yourself at anytime. The neighborhood was bad. The security guards were really nice guys and helpful.

The desk clerk was helpful with information on where to shop and eat. The room was clean but needs to be updated. there were signs posted telling us to keep quite. There were several holiday inn express' in the area, but unfortunately I chose the one in a very bad community/location. the wall paper in our room was peeling off the wall and there were permanent dirt stains in the tub. If you are going to put a hotel in such a poor community at least keep it looking nice, updated.

The room was extremely clean and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever experienced. This hotel is very easy to get to from I-71. It's extremely close to OSU and downtown. The rooms couldn't have been cleaner and the beds and pillows werevery comfortable.

Location. Toilet ran all the time. Sam at the front desk was very nice when I checked in. The room was nice. The overall appearance of the hotel was clean.
