The hotel is new with nice rooms and bathrooms. Nice complementary breakfast. The only complain I have there is not wireless or wired internet access in the rooms. Otherwise it is very nice.

Very clean and a great continental breakfast - hot food - free. One of the desk worker was not very friendly. Great location, clean, great breakfast. The indoor pool very neat and most important the water was warm! Oh! I almost forgot the exercise equipment great!

Normally stay in Saratoga for the Jazz Fest in June. However, started late this year looking for rooms. This was a great find!!! Clean and a great location. Hot food and friendly staff. I am definitely staying again and will encourage my group to do likewise.

We just loved this hotel. The staff was very helpful. Never felt rushed when asking for directions and restaurant preferences. This is a new hotel and it is pristine. Great breakfast too!

Not customer focused and did not live up to their guarantee of hospitality.I was staying with someone who had just had major head surgery that day and we asked the hotel if they could help us keep something cold for us somewhere and they flatly refused. The only way we could have got our medicine refrigerated was if we bought a second room! On all the signs in the hotel it says that if they can help us in any way, they would. This did not happen.

Great Find. Parking was a little tough, as the lot is being finished. Inside is beautiful. Hot breakfast was a bonus. Will definnitally return.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. It was very convenient to get to the horse races in Saratoga. It was immaculate and had very comfortable beds. I loved the community room where you could get a cup of tea 24 hours a day and the breakfast was also an added benefit.

I had a uncomfortable stay only because that very time I tried to get housekeeping to wait just a few more moments then they could come in to clean, it was as if I was a problem. My wife needed a little more time getting ready. I seem to be putting them out. I joined my wife on a business trip, next time we come we will be staying elsewhere.
