Hotel was a great value. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Kids enjoyed the amentities of the resort...nice pool, pool activities, activity room. Nice complimentary breakfast with eggs, bacon, toast, buscuits & gravy etc. etc. Convenient to everything but far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Disney. Very enjoyable vacation!!

i would like my money refuned,we did not stay at the holiday inn because it is 20 miles away from clermont fl.i went to see my grandson graduate from hs.how can the hotel say it is in clermont when it is notit is 20 miles away,we stayed in a hotel in downtown clermont at a added cost

Having access to the resort area was great. Activities and the pool areas were wonderful for everyone. The breakfast was an extra added benefit. The resort area was very impressive. The water park was a favorite of the kids. There were many pools to choose from. The grill was good and had good service. I enjoyed everything about this hotel.

The hotel's landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. When you first pull up, you immediately feel as though you picked the right hotel. Even when you walk into the foyer and to the hotel desk, the decor is nice, and the staff is friendly and professional. However, once you get on the elevator, your "nice" hotel has turned into a two star experience. The elevator was old, with holes in the walls, the hallways were run down, and my first room smelled of urine. I went back to the hotel desk, and they changed my room to one which didn't smell like urine, but it was still very average. Motel 6 comes to mind.

Very clean - well managed - kind courteous staff, breakfast was well done, had a wonderful stay. Only 20 minutes from attractions and parks. Very clean - well managed hotel. I enjoyed that the hotel is part of the summer bay resort. Staff was very helpful in any way they could.

the first part of our trip was at Disney's All Start Sports resort which does not compare to this place! The location is just minutes from Disney with all the conveniences within walking distance. The grounds were immaculate, staff polite and very helpful. Free breakfast every morning!! There is a great water park on site for the children to use and a heated pool! The size of our room was amazing lots of floor space for the baggage andkids to play plus the size of the bathroom was great too! We will definitely highly recommend this place to the others and we will certainly return!!

The friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, and quality of the room. No restaurant or bar or room service. Lovely setting, great family friendly place. Lots to do at the resort but close to all the parks, restaurants, shopping & high ways. I would stay there again and have recommended it to friends going to FL in the next couple of months.

Clean and friendly. That the hotel makes you pay an extra 7 dollars for pool even when not using it / resort. Over all very nice hotel stayed just to sleep and shower business trip.

It was quiet at the time I was there. Infestation of ants. No refrigerators to keep food or drinks. I would not stay here again. The free breakfast was okay but the $7.00 "resort fee" made it not free. Some of the people I was working with on the business project which brought me to this location, said they would not stay there the following week, they had not concluded their business. I did not ask why, but told them of the ants in my room. I will continue telling people and showing them the video I took of the little creatures. I intend to tell the state regulators also. Far too expensive to put up with creatures in the walls and on my table in the room. I am not a happy person right now, to say the least.
