I arrived early and asked to check in. The front desk clerk was very rude and condescending. She said my room wasn't ready so I couldn't check in. Since I had carried my bags in, I had to carry them back out to the car. When I finally checked in, a different front clerk apologized. There was only one elevator working.

Great lobby and breakfast area. Maintenance issue with bed -- very dangerous!

The desk staff are extremely helpful and stowed my suitcase in the office while I went out to eat since I was early for check-in. They provided directions to local restaurants and good basic service. The housekeeping staff were professional and friendly. They did a very good job. The exercise room is a little dusty and small, and the business office only seats one person. Overall, it is the best value for the price.

It was new and clean. It was somewhat hard to get to if you were heading east. The hotel was new, neat, and clean. It met my expectations for a Holiday Inn Express. I would gladly recommend it.

Very comfortable area for breakfast. One of the better Holiday Inn Express that I have used.

Cleanliness, newness, pleasant, helpful staff andprice. Parking could be better, but the place is under construction so parking is limited. I would definitely recommend this motel and will probably stay there again.

Very clean, nice decor, feels like home away from home. The excercise room was tiny! There were only 3 pieces of equipment in there! And the surveilance camera was pointed straight at you! Uncomfortable. Very nice, clean and beautiful decor! I was a little inconvenienced when I first went to check in. The room was supposed to be ready by 3pm, but it was not ready. I had to wait an hour and a half before I could check in! That was not what I would have expected from this hotel! The manager was very apologetic, but I wanted nothing more than to get into the room and relax a bit!
