Excellent service. The hotel was particularly hard to find, but the staff was extremely helpful in giving me directions when I needed them. They also were very aware that I was checking in that day and made sure to ask me if I needed anything when I checked in. The cold breakfast, of course, wasn't very good (though better than most), but at least it was included in the price of the room.

Everything was so clean and everything looked brand new. Slow elevator The stay in this hotel was the bestI ever had. Everything about it was perfect.

I stayed here with my wife, grandson and daughter in-law prior to traveling on the PA Wildlands Elk trail. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were just what I needed after a long drive. The staff was helpful and friendly. My grandson loved the free water and snacks and the free breakfast.

I have to admit, I was lost and went to the first hotel that I found. There were severlal hotels in the area, but this one seemed the best quality. When I checked in, the front desk attendant was extremely nice and offered several complimentry snacks and drinks. The room was large and clean, bed was neat and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The front desk attendant for check out in the morning was very persistant on getting me to breakfast (I didn't go) but very pleasant, maybe a little too pleasant for 6am. Overall, if I'm ever in the area, I would definately stay again. I was very, very pleased with the room and service.

I was passing through the area and only stayed of one night. The room was quiet and cozy and the bathroom was great. The tub was huge.

The included breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. Beds were too hard and pillows were too soft. The hotel staff was very friendly. The complimentary beverages in the lobby hit the spot after a long drive. The location was very convenient to Rt 80 and Rt 322. Our kids loved the indoor pool facilities. We ordered a crib ahead of time and it was in the room when we arrived.

Cleanliness, size of room and bed, location off highway and continental breakfast. Quality of machines in fitness room. This hotel needs higher quality treadmills and step to match other amenities. It is a great hotel which not only meets but goes beyond your expectations. Staff is very welcoming and the room itself is clean and warm. The overall experience at the hotel definitely meets the dollar value.

We were in Route to a week end in Richmond and this Hotel was conveniently located between home and Richmond. The Hotel was very well maintined and the staff has always been professional and friendly. The rooms have always been clean and neat, as well as laid out for convenience and easy stay. Dining although not in the hotel,there are plenty of choice's with in minutes of the hotel, our favorite is Denny's Beer Barrel Pub, which is just a few minutes down the street.

The hotel had very new furnishings, clean rooms, and a great breakfast area. The elevator was a bit slow. This hotel is very affordable and comfortable for a couple or a family. We will be staying at this hotel again as we travel to and from family events.

Fantastic service, friendly staff, clean rooms and breakfast area, fabulous spa. If you are staying in the Clearfield,PA area this is a top-notch hotel within its rating scale. The staff was super-friendly, courteous and attended to all of our needs, the hotel rooms and facilities were very clean, location is right off route 80 and many conveniences were within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed again two weeks later for a family reunion.

The variety of pillows they give to you. It lets you have the type you like. Toilet in room rocked, the breakfast was cold and when they put out fresh they added the hot to the cold. The hotel it self is very clean and the staff friendly. Two minor problems. No ice on any floor and the water they had in frig in lobby was warm. OH I forgot my pillow.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in. Far exceeded our expectations. Nothing bad to say. Very clean rooms, it seemed brand new. Fantastic. I have already recommended Holiday Inn Express to others.

Excellent staff very attentive. Very pleasant stay, The kids used the pool & my wife used the exercise room. The breakfast area was clean and service was good. I would use this hotel again.

Friendliness of staff, clean, nice breakfast/brunch. I chose a smoking room which I should not have -- otherwise great! This is a modern, comfortable and full service hotel in the middle of nowhere, basically. Because of this hotel I felt like I was somewhere important!

The hotel was super clean, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. there were water bottles and cookies at the check in counter. It was a great value and a great hotel. The rooms were very clean. there was a workout area, pool, and small Jacuzzi, which was also great. We were traveling in a large group, so the continental breakfast was a great time and money saver. The breakfast had traditional bagels, donuts, cinnamon rolls, etc. but also offered several healthy choices, which was awesome. I'm training for a marathon, so it was great to be on plan with my run on the treadmill downstairs and a great breakfast afterwards. Overall, a great hotel which was a super deal.

Large rooms/ pleasant staff. Could not rent a movie in our room. Converter broken. This is our second stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and the king deluxe room was very large and comfortable. The only problem we had was with the movie rental. Our room did not have a credit card swipe box. I was told to come down to the front desk to pay for the movie and they would order it for us. We weren't able to get the movie because of a faulty converter box. That was disappointing. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

The hotel provided me with a welcome kit containing water and snacks. That was extremely nice. I did not like that fact that I could not see the TV from the sitting area. I had to be on the beds to watch television. I enjoyed my stay at the holiday inn express in Clearfield. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay there the next time I'm in town.

The pool & Jacuzzi were great and they serve a great breakfast. The parking area was a little small. I would recommend this hotel to anyone because of the great amenities, great breakfast served and the hotel is within a short distance to a lot of businesses.
