Great location and excellent price. The staff was very helpful. I was able to check in several hours early after arriving from a seven day cruise to Alaska. The breakfast was excellent, it help save me money by being included. Will stay again on my next trip to Seattle.

Our rooms were nicer thanI expected. I think we had brand new carpet which was nice. The parking garage was way too small and shouldn't have cost extra. Great location. Within walking distance to Seattle center. Much better than I expected from the reviewsI read. Pool was kind of small. Breakfast was great!

The rooms, hotel location, service and hot continental breakfast was great! but their advertising is a bit decieving and if you are going for the "extra's" go somewhere else. The pool was small and quite cold; we paid an additional $10 a nite for underground secure parking but our car was still broken into (although the hotel did wave our fees for that night); the "gift shop" is a very small corner with basically nothing but some chocolate bars and chips...just enough to be able to say they have one :) oh and be careful to listen or read carefully...we though we were getting a 2 bedroom suite but in fact it was a 2 bed room suite....no biggy for us but for someone else it may have been. It is a super location, walking distance to the Space Needle, Childrens Museam etc...and about 20 minute walk to the harbour, Pikes Market, Aquarium etc. Enjoy your stay!

The Hotel was clean & inviting. Parking is in a secure garage with room card key access. Free breakfast was tremendous, but get there early or be ready to wait in line to the buffet. Never enough room to sit and eat in the little dinning area, so we always brought our plates back up to the room. Hotel is does not have a bad view of the city sky line or of the water, no matter what room you are assigned. So close to most attractions that walking & jumping on the trolleys will save you the severe hassle of parking for Pikes Market, the Space Needle, the wonderful City Center Restaurants on 1st Ave. Qwest Field and Safeco Stadium are minutes away. The nights are cool, so request an extra blanket to snuggle under when you sleep in. Internet is by RJ45 Cable access only, but fast & free. If working on your laptop in your room, be prepared to sit low at a small wobbley table, no room for a desk in these rooms.

We thought the hotel was very clean and had a wonderful breakfast, which was included. The management did everything they could to help us in planning side trips, etc. They gave us water and extra food to take the day we went to Mt. Rainier. The hotel is close to the space needle and not far from the bus line. We were there July 4th and could actually see the fire works from our room. It was a wonderful experience.

Close to downtown. Parking garage was horrible to navigate. Within walking distance of many of Seattle's downtown attractions and easy highway access to explore the metro area.

Hotel met all our expectations as for room ammenities. Their breakfast is very good. They never ran out of items near the end of the breakfast period. Bummer is that you have to pay $10 for parking at the hotel. It is located only a few minutes from the Space Needle which is easly done walking. We did it with snow and ice on the sidewalks. The other problem was getting into the hotel driving. It is located at the end of the north side of the Aurora tunnel, so you have to be careful to come in from the SE side of the hotel. I found Denny Way the easiest way. The hotel is easily seen from there. You can't get off Aurora if you come from the airport until you are past the hotel.

Great location near the Seattle Space Needle and nice restaurants, but somewhat difficult if you are traveling by foot. Staff was friendly and free breakfast was great!

Quite easy to find as we were not familiar with the area. We were a little concerned about the safety of the area, walking in the evening. Good quality hotel, very clean and secure overnight parking. My daughter would have preferred more choices for the breakfast, specifically bacon and a variety of fruit, also would prefer China dishes.

We've stayed here for the past 4 years during Bumbershoot. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the location is perfect for walking to wherever you want to go. We have a 15 month old so we can say it is kid friendly as well. One tip - the bus that takes you to the Zoo is right outside the hotel and for a * you can skip the cab ride!

I had a great time, this place has some of the best staff I have ever encountered. The hsousekeepers were not very versed in english but when I asked them something Iwas worried they did not understand but someone brought up the items requested about 15 minutes later it was great. Their pool is smaller than I thought but it was not crowded so that was nice. The breakfast was amazing Hot food on a complimetary breakfast bar WOW!!! All and all I will be back!!

This hotel is located along a very busy street but we did not hear the noise in our room. The hotel was located about a 7 minute walk from the Space Needle and about 15 to 20 minute walk from downtown and other sites. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and everything was hot and fresh. Seattle is now one of my favorite vacation spots with so much to do and the weather was very good while we were there. We took one of the whale watching clipper cruises and it was worth the money we paid to go to Friday Harbor. Had a great time!

We stayed at both the Best Western Executive Suites as well as the Holiday Inn Express and they're within a block of each other, and Best Western was better for many reasons. Best Western has refrigerators and microwaves in the room, HIE did not....BWE is on a less busy street and it's easier to get to and from it because HIE is on a busy one-way street. The beds were far more comfortable at BWE. BWE has a free shuttle service that will drive you to and pick you up from just about any location in the downtown Seattle area for FREE....a wonderful service not offered by HIE. Also, there is a very nice and well maintained hot tub inside the fitness center at BWE (but no pool), and since it doesn't have a pool, there weren't a lot of screamping children running the halls, nor in the jacuzzi area...it was clean, quiet. The rooms were also larger and nicer than HIE. We would definitely stay at the Best Western Executive should we travel to Seattle again.

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful person and when I had to call down to the desk for something, she addressed me by name. The free computers were such a bonus and the breakfast bar was excellent and the staff was great.

This hotel sits on a bad spot, located right in front of HWY99, if you get a room in the front of the building you hear nothing but traffic, if you get put in the back of the building you get a view of the building wall behind the hotel. Lots of homeless hang around 1-2 blocks away. I stayed 5 nights, Ill look somewhere else next time. Staff was ok....give them 6 out of 10
