Very comfortable - 2 queen beds was perfect for the 4 of us. Great breakfast. Fast friendly check in. I was in town for personal reasons but found the business center a plus when I had an unexpected emergency at the office I was able to connect and get all the information I needed.

The breakfast area was very nice and the food was good. This is a very good alternative for people traveling to the Christiansburg Area; it is a little further away from the Virginia Tech campus, but the price differential makes it a worthwhile option.

I made reservations here for a football weekend. The hotel management were very rude to not only me and my friends but to any guest they encountered. If you have a choice, stay somewhere else. I was told by one of the people at the front desk "do not stay at my hotel again" -- I guarantee that I won't and recommend you don't either.

Great Hotel. Very comfortable beds, friendly staff and very clean. Continental Breakfasts were very good and pleased with amenities to include indoor pool and fitness room.

Staff was very friendly and let us check out at noon. Quiet and clean place. No jacuzzi in pool area.

We choose the HI Express because of the location and convenience we needed near Radford University. It was less than 10 minutes to the university and very easy to get to. Not much more located around the area, but the hotel itself was clean and the staff was very nice.They offer a continental breakfast (bagels,fruit,juice,coffee,etc) which was nice for a quick bite before getting back on the road. The room was clean, beds a bit hard, but not bad. We had plenty of clean towels

I can't belive people giving bad review for this hotel, best in the area, I visit VT regularly and can't help noticing this site every time I book my stay at this hotel. People who is givng review either don't know how to review hotel's or have no sense of good best better and excellent. Keep it up guys at Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites, Don't let few bad reviews discourage you.

Free continental breakfast was surprisingly good. Smoking room! Didn't want a smoking room. Staff made no effort to accommodate request- just handed me a bottle of air freshener.

I am so glad that i did not fall for 1st few comments and went to this hotel, best in the area, excellant rooms, service, great staff. I have stayed in every big hotel in the area due to my sone in vt yhis is the best one and home away from home. I will stay here for next 4 more years because my daughter will statr vt next year

Major parking problems. Not enough for the rooms available. People ended up parking on hillsides. Bring your 4wd.

This hotel is gross! The managers are rude and do not understand english! The lobby bathroom had human waste all over. This hotel should be closed! Go somewhere else!

My stay at this hotel was the pits! Lobby bathroom was dirty and maintenance is a big problem. More attention to detail is needed at this place. Management is of no use either. I will never stay here again and warn you away as well.
