A great place to stay in a small college town when you've come to visit your kids. The tempature of the room was difficult to control.

Stayed overnight in November of '08. Hotel and room were clean and quiet. Staff friendly, helpful and unintrusive. Don't understand the online rating at 2 stars at all. One of the best hotels I've stayed at and on par with the best. This is the only Hotel I would stay at in Cheney OR Spokane which is just a 15min ride away. Also, the free breakfast, although standard fare, was fresh, hot and good.

The room was clean and proper. The bed was SO comfortable. We really appreciated the security that was evident. Staff was great and food very good.Will stay here again.

The staff at Holiday In Express was great, very friendly and our room was very clean. We had a fresh breakfast bar with the server always checking on things and keeping the buffet full. Would recommend Holiday Inn Express, Cheney to anyone traveling there.

Great continental breakfast. Nothing. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area; it’s in a great location with lots of stores and places to eat within walking distance. Wonderful atmosphere for any occasion.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Cheney was really good. The room is very clean. I like the staff who are all so helpful and friendly. Location is also perfect. Just right across are restaurants and grocery store. I would definitely want to go back to this hotel.

Totally non-smoking, new, clean, friendly. They allowed smoking right by the door, so you had to walk through the smoke to get in. Wonderful place! We loved the totally non-smoking atmosphere. It was new, beautiful, and totally comfortable.

Close to my son's home and close to airport. WiFi made you revalidate every 5 minutes or so. Very irritating. My only complaint about the room was computer access. The breakfast was very good. My only complaint was that the cinnamon buns were so tasty, that I ate too much. The coffee was good and they had yogurt which I love. The room was large, clean and quiet and had a beautiful flat screen TV, unfortunately as usual there was little worth watching on it. I wish they had had a DVD player. We watched one on our computer, but it would have been great to watch on that great TV.

The rooms were spacious, the pool and hottub was relaxingand the breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the service, the cleanliness, the location and the complimentary breakfast was the best I've had.

Our daughter goes to the university in Cheney.It is within walking distance to Safeway, gas station and a Starbucks. Close to Spokane. There really wasn't anything we didn't like, breakfast was wonderful andwould like a little better lighting in bathroom. The hotel served our needs well. People very courteous and friendly. Breakfast cinnamon rolls were awesome. Comfortable rooms. Reasonable price. We were happy customers!

Very comortable and enjoyed the flat screen television, internet hookup and printer, nice work desk. In room movies were expensive. Continental breakfast was good, but not enough choices. We stayed in this brand new hotel for one night and enjoyed it thoroughly. The whole facility was immaculate. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and include a flat screen television and a nice area for working. The continental breakfast had good food, but not as many choices as many of the other hotels we've been to.

I liked the pool and fitness room being open 24 hours. Very nice, clean and family friendly.
