Hhotel was convenient to Chaska, where my daughter lives. Highway 5 was at our front door, but not noisey. Nice slide in the pool. My grandkids loved it. Lounge area to sit in could have been larger. 3 guys occupied all comfortable seating to watch golf. Food was good. Room was pleasant.

Hotel was clean and very friendly staff. Pool and hot tub had to much chlorine in the water. Breakfast was out of everything and could not keep up with the influx of patrons.

It was clean and in safe location and in good repair. There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel. Excellent place to stay. We got a good sleep, had a great breakfast and there was a friendly and helpful hotel staff. The rooms were comfortable, clean and in good shape.

The location and ease of access. A security light on the building was shining through the window all night long. This hotel is easily accessible from highway 5 and has plenty of parking available. It was very clean and had nice amenities in the rooms.

Very clean and welcoming-pool area was exceptional. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Insome areas, the air fresheners were too strong. Would highly recommend this hotel for value and ease in finding location. Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better with good variety.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and great pool. Exceeded expectations! Nothing. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms were newer with beautiful decor and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool with waterslide were perfect for our older kids and the exercise room was small but just what we needed. Add to that an extremely friendly and accommodating staff and the best continental breakfast we've had at a motel in a long time, and I'd recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Chanhassen to anyone!
