This Holiday Inn is outstanding.eat service, very clean rooms, computer access, and a great brunch!

It was clean and comfortable and as close as it was to the freeway you couldn't hear the noise.

The hotel was recently remodeled everything looks new and clean. They have signs up to excuse the mess, but didn't see any. The hotel is located near restaurants , movies and shopping. Tempe and Mesa Az are within minutes. The only problem is that the hotel is located right off the Interstate, we had a room facing the Interstate and was a little noisy. Next time I know to request a room on the opposite side of the hotel. Personnel was helpful, we had noticed only three towels in the room when we mentioned it to the front desk, housekeeping promptly brought us plenty of towels. The breakfast needs a little help. Not enough variety and not enough food, runs out quickly and takes a while before they replace it. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

The Holiday Inn Express in Chandler is an older hotel with a very friendly staff. I have stayed this hotel twice. The 1st occassion, I found the room to be in excellent condition. The 2nd occassion, the room air conditioner was not in good working condition. I'm sure the staff would have exchanged rooms for me if requested. However, this could be a concern during the summer months and if the hotel is at full capacity. The jacuzzi was not working and maintenance was having trouble locating the necessary parts due to its age. The majority of parking was closed due to re-paving. The breakfast, staff , and comfortable bed are the reasons I would return for another stay at this hotel.

It was close to the event we were attending. The breakfast area is too small.

I've stayed here twice and paid about 150 a night. The air conditioners in my rooms did not adequately cool, and when I notified the staff that they might need servicing they didn't seem to care. There are many signs to use the towels by the pool and not the towels from your room. Unfortunately, the staff didn't bother to put towels by the pool. When I reported the issue, it took another 15 minutes before I had a towel, and my reporting of the issue was not appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms quiet and well-appointed. Could've been a little cleaner, but I found nothing egregious. In my opinion, the staff here is not very interested in its guests. They are collecting paychecks.Better suited to a business traveler who cares about convenience and a comfortable bed and little else.

This Holiday Inn was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip. The rooms were very clean and well kept and fully equiped. Breakfasts were excellant with variety. The staff were very friendly and down to earth. Entrance to Hotel a little tough to locate as there is no direct drive into hotel. Air conditioning worked very well. Overall experience was great. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Good value for your money.

Clean Room and the staff. Breakfast was not good, milk was warm, bread was hard. Good place for business travelers and a family without Kids.

This Holiday Inn Express was by far one of the best Hotels we have ever stayed at! The people who worked there were extremely friendly and very helpful. The cleaniness of the hotel was fantastic and beyond compare! We would highly recommend anyone to stay there, because it is in a class by itself!!! Rooms are large and extremely quiet with a refrigerater and a microwave. Great housekeeping and vending machines are all floors!

The Holiday Inn Express in Ahwatukee is right next to the 10 fwy and was easy to locate. Area is relatively quiet with restuarants in close proximity. One pool and jacuzzi located at ground level toward front of building. 24 hr workout room was clean with equipment in good working condition. Ample uncovered parking. Free coffee was available 24 hrs in the lobby and was very good. Flavored creamers also made available. Hotel employees were friendly and courteous.

Right off the freeway, comfortable bed and pillows, clean, and good breakfast. For value and hotel class, there is nothing to complain about. This hotel is great for the value, The rooms are clean and comfortable, good location right off the freeway and surrounded by restaurants. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The pool is small but cute. They offer a decent hot breakfast and have computers available for customer use. Nice staff.

We only stayed one night while visiting some local shopping. The room was clean and certainly large enough, but the water in the shower was NOT HOT ENOUGH for a good shower. We did recommend to the staff that they check that.

The room was nice & location & price are great. The breakfast was not all they hyped it up to be. I was pleased with our stay and most likely if I travel to AZ I would stay at this hotel again.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Floors could be a bit cleaner. This was my second stay in this hotel and the next time I am in Phoenix, I will more than likely stay there again due to the excellent customer service and friendliness of the staff. It is also close to shopping, dining and other conveniences.

Clerk and all employees friendly. Room very clean. Convenient location. Very comfortable. Would suggest they add additional mirrors above desk for those of us who needed to put on makeup. We were very satisfied with our weekend stay at the Holiday Inn in Ahwatukee, Phoenix, Arizona hotel. It was quiet, clean, the employees were very friendly, and the breakfast was above average. I rented the room for myself and my two grown daughters. Only suggestion would have been adding more mirrors above the desk so we could all have a place to put on our makeup when the bathroom was being used. Besides this suggestion, we were very happy with our stay. The hotel was in a great location in a safe area and near lots of shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

Found another one immediately on our own. Had to pay for another one immediately. Great to know we removed ourselves from this place very quickly. NO elevator! Are you kidding? Terrible. Horrible bed, you would have thrown the mattress in the trash. Awful pillows.
