Very nice suite that included kitchenette. Also, the breakfast was wonderful. We would have enjoyed flavored creamer for our coffee however. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were helpful, polite, and friendly. The full breakfast was very nice it incld scrambled eggs but didn't have omletes as adv. Still good! Light bulb was out above room entrance, refrig on the floor table top preferred and toilet bowl not clean. Inspited of these remarkes, the hotel was nice looking, pool and hottub were wonderful, staff made it fun to stay there. Location was ok half way between highway and town slightly distant from shopping centers. Clean and quiet. We will be back and we do recommend you to stay.

The Holiday Inn was wonderful, very clean and an awesome continental breakfast. All the staff was extremely accomadating and tentative. I would recommend to any traveler.

The hotel was accessible to our needs of travel. The hotel was very clean. We arrive early and was able to check in to our room. The hostess in the breakfast area was very polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel the next time you are in the area.

Great breakfast. Staff person was really on the ball. Quick to keep the coffee pots full and food trays fresh. Pool and jacuzzi were separated by a short wall. You could slide over from one to the other.

Clean hotel with nice pool & a great cont. breakfast. Close to ski resorts. Staff was helpful. Had a few rowdy guests across the hall that kept us up past bedtime running thru the halls. Staff had to be called despite the security cameras that they monitor. Overall, would stay there again!

Breakfast included, pleasant staff. Received a smoking room. Did not smell much though. Good hotel, I would stay again if, but would call them to ensure that I do not receive a smoking room.

The hotel was a greatfor what we paid. There was no lounge. This hotel was a clean and beautiful perfect location for people who love to snowmobile or travel on business. It has a wonder full pool, breakfast nook, etc.

The room was spotlessly clean. There was a small but useable fitness room and pool. Located near downtown, this newer hotel was very well kept. The staff was helpful and friendly. It wasn't the fanciest place I've ever stayed but was a good value for the price.

Clean, newer hotel, friendly staff. It appears that the grout in our bathroom was eroding away and leaving large gaps between tiles. Fairly new hotel, clean with friendly staff.

Quiet, peaceful, safe location. Non-smoking, spacious room. Pleasant, helpful staff. Carpet in corridor looked a little worn and faded. Shower-head not the best. If you want to be away from a busy city, especially for Fall Color, and, yet, want all the amenities of a very good hotel, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Cadillac takes care of both requirements. Best suits the business traveler, nature lover and those who enjoy peace and quiet yet want their comforts.

Awesome staff upgraded our room to be on a non-smoking floor, which was great because my wife is pregnant. Address made it hard to find. We loved this hotel. The room was really big and clean and one of the nicest we have stayed in. We definitely would like to book more hotels through this chain.

We loved the suite that we were given! There was nothing not to like. We had a fantastic holiday weekend. We are definitely going to return to this particular hotel as the golf courses we were at are so close.

I liked the configuration, bath, kitchenette and bedroom. The desk clerk did not honor a request for a quiet room, it was noisy, there were ants in the kitchenette, it was too expensive for the area, otherwise it was clean room with a comfortable layout and comfortable bed.

It was a clean, safe place to stay right off the highway. It met all our needs. There was nothing that I disliked about this hotel.

Very clean and fresh looking. Small pool. We went to Cadillac Michigan for a overnight stay so our boys could go snowboarding at a resort nearby. The really enjoyed themselves there and at the hotel, where they were able to swim and order pizza. Thanks.

Very neat and well kept. The note about taking the pillows. the hotel looked as though it was brand new. Swimming pool was very nice. Staff was friendly.
