The location of the hotel was far enough from the freeway that you don't get the heavy traffic sounds. For us that was great because we live in the country where it is quiet at night.

Willingness to accommodate 3 people in our room when reserved for just two. Road construction at the freeway exit ramp and hard to find hotel after dark when usual roadways were closed.

My husband was against Holiday Inns going into this trip, but after we left he says he'll defininitly stay at them again. He thought they were high priced rip offs. Now he thinks they are worth the stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and well cared for. And it was in a great location to enjoy the entire area. Its just off I 5 so it was very easy to locate and to get to and from places. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Our reservation was for a king bed suite we were given a queen, we had requested a roll away and called the hotel to confirm we were told that it would not be a problem but on the day of our arrival when we called to confirm our late check in we were told none was available, they did manage to find a roll away by our arrival but it was broken the wheels fell off when it was moved, the air conditioning did not work the hotel clerk just suggested we leave the windows open to our bottom floor suite finally about 10pm the night clerk arrived and was able to fix the air conditioning unit. We asked for another room but none was available we had reserved two rooms the 2nd one was fine. Our compensation for our hassle- they didn't charge us to use the broken roll away.

Extremely clean, nice atmosphere, professional staff, breakfast was great for a complimentary breakfast. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant. The room was too cold upon check in. The front desk staff immediately went up to the room and adjusted it. There were no comforters on the bed. The bed was clean crisp sheets, with a variety of pillows to choose from for your taste. They were not your ordinary pillows, they were on the upper scale of pillows. The breakfast was good, there was plenty of variety to choose from and it was hot. It appeared to be made on site and fresh.

Fabulous stay for any business traveler. I just relocated to the area and stayed at this hotel for one night. I am on the road at least once a week for business, this is definitely the business traveler?s ideal hotel! It was nice not to have to pay for the added extras, high speed internet access and breakfast. The staff was very warm and welcoming not to mention quick to anticipate my needs. This would have been a perfect fit for our family trip this past summer. The hotel has a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.

Friendly staff, clean room, great location. Very pleased, no complaints! When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the friendly counter staff. We were nervous by the amount of kids (there was a frisbee tournament in town) that were milling around. But our room was quiet and never heard a peep out of the kids. The morning breakfast was crowded but kept very well stocked. The counter staff was very helpful in directing my husband and I on our morning walk route, tulip festival and information on catching the ferry to the San Juan Islands. We always check first for a Holiday Inn Express when ever we travel.

This is the best hotel value you're going to find for the price in Burlington. The rooms were clean and comfortable with modern amenities such as flat screen TV, nice furniture, comfortable beds and plenty of space. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was well stocked with a selection of warm breakfast options.

The staff was quick and attentive and extremely friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We had a fabulous stay there and we would have loved to stay longer. The room was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We felt welcome and comfortable there the minute we walked through the door. I would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Traffic work around hotel. The rooms were great and the continental breakfast was excellent. Hotel is fairly new, so no smoke smell. Rooms had a small fridge which was a help.

This hotel was clean and pleasant, everything we expected. Hotel maintenance was running weed eater at 8 am. This hotel was lovely. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows. I would stay here again.

Outstanding continental breakfast. No restaurant in building. The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. They had an expanded continental breakfast in the morning which was very good.

Convenient, pleasant staff, clean rooms. Not a good place for a walk. I think numbers 13 and 14 give our impressions. It was convenient, easy to locate, and pleasant staff and clean room. After riding all day, it would have been nice to be in an area where it was pleasant to walk, but otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay.
