The room was beautifully appointed and I especially enjoyed the breakfast selections. It was a little tricky finding the entrance from the highway. For a town such as Brandon this is a pleasant surprise. The staff is more than accommodating and the nearby amenities are very adequate. If one chooses to stay out of metropolitan areas this will be a great place for them.

We've been on the road for over two weeks and have stopped at many motel/hotels, this was one of the best. The manager was courteous and helpful. This particular location has only been opened a few months and all the kinks seem to have been worked out. Everyone was wonderful. Highly recommended if you are traveling on I90

Continental breakfast and water park. Bathroom was dirty. The room was ok, the bathroom was dirty. The floors obviously had not been swept since the previous guest and the shower curtain had on it. i.e. mold or dirt. It was ok, but for over a hundred dollars I at least expect a clean bathroom.

We stayed at this HIE during a 2 week road trip, so we experienced many hotels. This is one of the best: high quality mattresses and bed sheets, large HD TV, fun water park with water slide, clean and very new. Highly recommended if you are in the Sioux Falls, SD area or traveling I-90.

Hotel was very nice and very pleasant. The hotel was great. However, when I booked the room I booked a King size bed suite with hot tub in the room and that is what I paid for. When I checked into the room it did not have a hot tub in the room for what I paid for. I did not receive what I had paid for. I checked with the front desk and they had no more rooms with a hot tub.

The water park was great and included in the price of the room. The hotel is new and very clean. The water park did not have a place where you can just swim. The only pool was at the bottom of the water slide and you needed to exit it immediately. It is a very nice new hotel that was clean, had a great water park that included a shallow pool for the younger children and a nice breakfast area. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and delicious. I would recommend this hotel.

I loved Holiday Inn Express' new "Stay Smart" program. The new showerheads were great! The front desk clerk entered my debit card in and held the entire amount of the pre-paid room on my card for 5 days. Just a little inconvenient I loved the location of this hotel, right off of the interstate. Although in a fairly rural location, the surrounding area had restaurants and convenient shopping. We also had a microwave and fridge in our room which was a great benefit. Not only would I recommend this hotel based on my experience, I will recommend and stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels in the future.
