There are lots of hotels in Boston - for $200+/night you can certainly do better in just about ever regard

I liked that it had a refrigerator, microwave and free breakfast. It was very clean and the bedding was comfortable. This hotel was conveniently located and we walked to a great restaurant down the road. It was clean, comfortable and we had quick check in and check out.

Would stay again. Close to Boston. Within walking distance of Museum of Science and Duck Tours. Easy to use transit (Greenline), again within walking distance. Easy to get to Faneuil Hall, Quincy Hall, etc. this way. Beds could have been a little bit more comfortable (plush), but overall good. Bathroom towels fluffy and full. Water pressure good. In-room microwave, mini fridge and coffee-maker very appreciated. Pleased with free breakfast, lots to choice from (eggs, bacon, cereal, bagels, etc, etc.). Excellent! Staff was courteous and friendly. Helpful with directions. Free internet access for guests (airlline check-in, etc. made easy). Not enough parking for all guests, so be aware you might have to park across the street at Liquor Store (they rent parking lot there at night). Target is fairly close for things needed or forgotten, and McDonald's and Burger King as well. Wish we could have had more time to explore.

The location is good, the rate is good (for Boston) but this is an average value for a hotel - met my needs but would try and find better in the future.

Basically everything! The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was awesome! Nothing. The hotel was very clean and the atmosphere was very friendly. We had a wonderful woman meet us on the morning of May 6. She got us checked in and we were on our way to Fenway Park!

We stayed here for five nights while attending our daughter's graduation from City Year Boston. Desk staff was very helpful after my son lost his wallet and called TSA to be sure we did not need ID as he is underage. Was also patient giving directions and advice for catching the Green line (the T) which was a short walk to the station. Breakfast was excellent, full and hot, definately more than your standard continental breakfast. Location is good with a full grocery store very close and liquor store too. The staff even loaned us a corkscrew for our wine. Well managed hotel.

went to downtown BOSTON AND SAW THE TOURIST ATTRACTIONS AND HARVARD AREA. DIDN'T HAVE MUCH TIME TO SPEND IN BOSTON SO I PLAN ON GOING BACK BECAUSE I LIKED WHAT I SAW.

Pretty questionable and scarce food, especially during the week; wireless internet did not work after the first day.

I arrived in the morning, obviously prior to the 3 PM check in time. Due to this early arrival, I was given a queen size handicap access room, rather than the king size regular room I'd booked. the shower was awful - totally outdated (not the nice, ""heavy showers"" kind on their ads) & not totally clean. Staff was minimally helpful on local directions.

The hotel is not that close to the subway station although it is within the walking distance. Other than that, I have nothing to complain. The service was nice and the room is comfortable.

Good location and good service. Location was easily accessible from many locations. Rooms were clean and very nice, very spacious. TV/cable/internet access was good to have, no problems. Maid service was efficient, helpful, accommodating and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was a very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely courteous, the room was large and clean, the free breakfast was more than adequate, and it is very convenient to Lechmere station. Easy to find, good value for the dollar.

i wanted to take a morning shower and realized there was no hot water. i informed the front desk at 9am. i called again at 9:30am and was told they were working on the problem. when i called at 10 they told me the entire hotel lacked hot water and it should be back in 15min. of course there was no hot water at 10:30am, and i missed the breakfast waiting to take a shower! I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE CAMBRIDGE/SOMERVILLE HOLIDAY INN AGAIN!
