Free hot breakfast open 6 am to 10 am. Pool could've been cleaned more often. I really liked this hotel. It had everything except for a fridge that I was needing. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was centrally located for most of southwest Florida---Breakfast was good with a steady attendant--food fresh included fruit,yogart,eggs meat,begals--good selection of all including cerals. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and large. One thing that could be better would be if their room tags included a note to the maid to make up the room as soon as possible.Only had a do not disturb sign.

We wanted to explore Naples and this hotel was in Bonita Springs, close by. We wanted to take our pet, and this hotel met our needs and was very reasonably priced. The hotel is neat, the front desk printed directions for us twice, and were very willing to answer questions. Breakfast was included and was quite hearty, with eggs, bagels, sausage and bacon. The rooms were attractive and comfortable, with chairs and cute linens. The pool was small, but we used it twice. It could have been a little cleaner. Overall, if you are just looking for a clean, pet friendly place to sleep, this one will do the job well. If you want fancy, or a bigger pool, spend the extra forty bucks.

We stayed for a long weekend. The hotel was spotless and the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. It was a wonderful experience. Only a couple negatives, those being no gym, although for $6/person, we could use Gold's, across the street, in affiliation with the hotel, and the pool needed cleaned.

Not crowded. Good location for walking to restaurants. Pool was NOT heated and only had limited sun in the mornings. Three miles to the beach. Breakfast had a good variety and was convenient. I would definately stay there again.

Clean, quiet, and conveniently located. No refrigerator or microwave in room. The hotel was great, easy check-in, pool was clean. Desk clerks need to learn what activities/ facilities are available in area. i.e. for playground or children specific restaurants.

Hotel hostess was rude and would not answer the phone. Spent 8 nights in hotels during my trip through S. Florida, but this hotel was the worst even though I stayed in hotels with worst rooms and amenities.

The hotel was nice, and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning, and the cookies at night. The rooms do not have refrigerators and that was kind of inconvienient. But other than that no problems. The pool was very nice and clean.

We found the hotel staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful. All our needs were met. Hotel was located close to beaches, great restaurants and lots of shopping areas. The only problem was they had free internet access but no station available for public use - so bring your laptop.

Hotel staff were very nice, the room was clean and house keeping freshen up room every morning. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. We will definitely revisit this hotel again.

We were impressed that the rooms plus the rest of the hotel was very clean and the staff was always friendly. The breakfast was included and they had a big variety of food to choose from. It was located in a nice area, close to shopping and the beach. I was truly suprised as we usually stay in 4 star hotels.

Large rooms, and good breakfast. Didn't clean room first day. This was probably a one time lifetime experience, but my room didn't get cleaned or towels changed the first day of the stay! Must have been some odd oversight. I would definitely stay at the hotel again. It would have been wonderful to have a computer available, as I have found in others, but that didn't happen.
