The hotel advertises a complimetary breakfast but does not have nearly enough seating to accomodate guests. Each morning we tried and came down at different times, but there was always a line waiting to be seated at the very few tables provided.

Every thing was nice, hotel was clean and rooms were very nice as well. Very nice, really liked the breakfast and front desk person was really friendly he helped us in directions in attractions and there was a girlI don't know the name was in breakfast very nice and friendly.I will go there again. Best place.

Wew enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites COLLINGWOOD-BLUE MOUNTAIN, Collingwood, CA The staff was always on hand when needed and very courteous. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the pool and the proximity of stores.

Care should be taken to placing seniors away from families with young children. It was Thanksgiving weekend in Collingwood - a time for families to travel to be together. However, it should not have served as a license for people to abuse the hotel facilities nor should breakfast be an all-morning affair for these individuals. We came down at about 9:30 - there was no place to sit and most of the food had been eaten. The staff was trying to keep up with the demand and was finally able to put out another shift of food. There was abuse in the amounts of food taken from the buffet and not eaten - left on the tables without tidying - therefore noise and mess was the order of the morning! We did not complain to the hotel staff - as this was not their fault; it was due to the people not knowing their place and using common sense in their interpretation of free breakfast. In hindsight, the hotel should have had staff diverted to this area for assistance to the staff who was trying to cope.

we had a big, clean room. We liked that we had a microwave, because we had our childeren with us. The poos was nice. And about de neighbourhood we were with al lot of shops. But we had to drive only a few km and than we were at the blue Mountains. Hotel staff was good.
