This property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and tried to meet our every request. With the exception of location, (away from Jacksonville Landing) we would highly recommend the hotel. Even the drive to downtown Jacksonville wasn't that bad but just didn't know our way around. Very enjoyable stay!!!

The location was great. The hotel was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and well decorated. The location was great for boarding at the Jax cruise terminal. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast bar was delicious.

The Holiday Express Inn was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and could not ask for better accommodations. It would have been nice if we could have had a restaurant; but, the continental breakfast was fine. We were very, very satisfied with our stay. It was out of the heavy traffic and very convenient to our favorite place, the beach. Oh! The beds were so comfortable. We definitely would like to use their services again.

The hotel was easy to find. The bed,was great very comfortable . However, the sink in the bathroom wasn't draining properly , light in bathroom needed to be changed it kept flickering. Other wise it was an enjoyable.

one day stay is all you can take.when you ran out of things for your room you could just forget about them.took 2 days to get a new coffee pot,tissues,towels.we just gave up!!!

The hotel was easy to find. It was very clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had a little of everything and the cinnamon rolls were excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
