Newer and clean with nice updated rooms. Bishop was much less expensive than Mammoth. Was very happy with the location, room and my kids loved the pool. From now on when I stay in Bishop I will stay at this motel.

"The mini-suite was lovely. Quite roomy and very clean. Only complaint is the upkeep, or lack thereof, of the spa. The first day we were there the spa was cloudy and foamy; two days later when we returned, it was so green that the bottom could not be seen. Yuck---didn't use it."

"Excellent front desk service, clean and comfortable, well-appointed room. Great place to stay. Room faced busy Hwy. 395 but thick and snug windows blocked out all of the noise. Very relaxingly furnished room & immaculate room. Free internet workstation on the lobby & nice indoor pool and spa."

Nice clean facility. No elevator. We were on the second floor, which was inconvenient due to no elevator. It was up to par with what we've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express, which has been very good thus far. The absence of an elevator makes me reluctant to schedule a stay at this particular HIE, unless they can guarantee us a room on the bottom floor. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Room was very large and comfortable. Refrigerator was noisy, had to unplug it. Area for sink was at entrance to room and not well laid out. The hotel is very nice and staff is very friendly. Room is large, clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that as you enter the room, there's the sink with 4 people in the room, getting in and out of the toilet/bath and entrance to the room was almost impossible to maneuver. As to the hotel itself, it is on a very deep lot and it takes a while to walk the distance from the back to the front where the desk, breakfast, spa and pool are. Of course, we have to walk further in a mega-hotel in Vegas. We will recommend it to others. We had a good experience with this hotel.

Near great city park and excellent restaurants and bakeries. Did not notify us that the pool and spa was being renovated and unusable. Asked for credit (along with many other guests with families) because there was no safe access to the indoor pool. Still waiting for a response. On site manager apparently has no authority to resolve issues with customers. Will file a dispute with my credit card company.
