Absolutely clean, well-presented room. Enjoyable breakfast bar. Hotel location a little too far from central city activities. Hotel lobby looks almost new. Very well house-kept. Rooms clean and orderly, quiet location north of city. Beds super comfortable, no tossing & turning here. Room temperature just right.

I couldn't decide if I would stay at this hotel again. I'm tending toward no, simply because it was quite costly, but the staff were utterly wonderful. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds weren't as comfortable as I thought they should be for the price. Overall it was a positive experience.

The room had a nice clean scent when you walked in, and we were in a pet room. The decor was simple, warm and modern which we like. I did see one flea in the room, and our 2 dogs do not have them. Also, the silverware under the cabinet by the microwave did not appear to be sanatized clean. But overall, we were very happy. The room was big and comfortable and definately an excellent value for Bend with free pancake & egg breakfast and free wireless internet. We have 2 older labs and 1 toddler and the room was just big enough in the executive king suite. Very pleased overall, and we will stay again. We noticed that the State Patrol's and Fire Department people also stay here which was a good sign to us that they have repeat business. The staff was friendly and professional. There is also a nice indoor pool and whirlpool in very like new condition. My husband and daughter went swimming and enjoyed it very much. The water was perfectly warm for a 2 year old. Hope this helps! You can't do better for the price in my opinion, and we have stayed all over the Bend area!!

Stayed in the suite...absolutely loved it! Plenty of room (2 adults and 2 teenagers), very clean, and hotel was friendly and helpful. The pool and excercise rooms were well equipped and clean. The breakfast was a full continental with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, buiscuts and gravy...among your assorted muffins, fruits and juices/coffee/tea.

The Holiday Inn Express was a good value for the money. The room was adequate. The pool, sauna and work out room were nice and clean. I would recommend it for others, but it was a little too far for me from where I needed to be. There were many restaurants around in the area and a shopping mall, and the freeway is right there for easy access.

Overall look of the room, nice comfy bedding, bathroom, continental breakfast. Can't think of a thing. I found it to be extremely well appointed, very clean, excellent staff, loved the little touches (firm & soft pillows) plus the fact that there were ample pillows on each bed. I like a lot of pillows, the view of the mountains out the window was awesome, overall I was very very pleased. Will definitely stay again.

We spent one night on a short family trip the Bend area. The hotel was clean, staff was helpful and efficient, pool / hot tub was clean and fun though not very large. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff member came around to ask if we needed anything additional before she put the food away. Overall a nice stay.

It's a good easy to find hotel on the outskirts of bend. Everything I expected. I've stayed in a Holiday Inn Express a few times and find their hotels to be very consistently good, clean, and efficient. The bedding is quite nice with different pillow options. They don't have the nasty bed spreads, which is the first thing I take off and toss in the corner when I arrive at other hotels. Everyone is friendly and professional. The continental breakfast is better than most. Overall a great hotel, especially for the business traveler.

Our stay was wonderful. We stayed 5 nights and we enjoyed it very much. The service from the front desk and housekeeping was first-rate. The discounts honored made it the most reasonable hotel in Bend!!!! We used the pool and exercise room every day?the pool area was nicely kept up and the TV. in the exercise room was much appreciated. Choices for the breakfast buffet could have had more protein, and offering soy milk would have been nice, but otherwise the selections were more than enough for a free continental breakfast. We?ll definitely stay there when we come to town!

Location. Hot weather and the air conditioner made a very loud noise intermittently. The hotel was easy to locate and easy access off and onto main road in a safe business area. It was a standard, generally clean environment that was a great place for family travelers or business travels. Close to convenient shopping, restaurants and Starbucks.

Clean rooms, well kept interior and exterior, nice breakfast for a 2 star. Breakfast could have allowed some variation, pretty much the same thing over a three day stay. Location is ok, about 10 minutes from downtown Bend, near a shopping mall. Standard Holiday Inn with nice, clean rooms and a well kept interior and exterior. Parking seemed ample, though they have evidently had problems in the past with larger vehicles. Breakfast was kept up pretty well even during busy time - though it could have used more variation.

Easy road access. The smell of chlorine stepping in the front door of the lobby. Desk people could have been friendlier, no chlorine smell walking into the lobby,easy access from road and close to shopping.

Breakfast was awesome! Had to stay in a smoking room because we needed two queen beds. Hotel pleasant to stay in, staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again preferably in a non smoking room.

Convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room. NA. My only real complaint comes from a billing error. The hotel mistakenly charged my credit card (given to them for incidentals) for the stay.
