Clean, courteous staff, helpful. Unable to get an internet connection in room. The hotel was very nice, warm and friendly staff, continental breakfast was best I've seen in a long time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others traveling in the Belleville/Detroit area.

Myself & a co-worker stayed here for a conference which was in Ann Arbor on the weekend of graduation for U of M, so we couldn't find a room in Ann Arbor. Hotel rooms from Ann Arbor to Detroit were in short supply & very expensive for this weekend! This hotel did not have our Standard Suite as we had reserved, and tried to "upgrade" us to a jacuzzi suite, which only had one king-size bed. This was not preferable for us, as we are unrelated adults! They did make it right, though, by giving us a standard queen room with two queen beds. This option was not available through the travel agency site, by the way, or I would have booked it in the first place. Our room overlooked the pool which is in a 4-story atrium, and it was quite noisy. The staff did not enforce the 10pm pool closing, with pool noise continuing well past 11:30 pm.

The Holiday Inn Express hotel & Suites is an excellent hotel for the money. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. The room was very clean and well equiped. I had plenty of space for my belongings in the dresser and also in the closet space. I would recomend this Hotel to anyone staying in the area!

Was in the town I needed it to be in. Lets see the room was nasty dirty, the pool was slimy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It had burnt out electrical sockets, missing light bulbs, dust everywhere, floors were nasty. I don't know what was on them, I made my family keep their shoes on in fear they would get something. I tried to take them to the pool, where when we got into the water, it was extremely greasy. Not to mention it had sand on the bottom of the pool, which was indoors.

stayed the night before a flight out of Detroit. Left car as it has unlimited parking which is also on site parking. Excellent clean hotel. Staff were very friendly. Good breakfast, different feature each morning. I was surprised the hotel was 8 years old as the towels, sheets etc were in first class condition. Everything about the hotel was first class, except a little crack in the ceiling in the bathroom, which I would not have noticed if I wasn't soaking in the bath!Stayed the night on my return as my flight was late getting in. Free shuttle to and from the airport, arrived within 5 minutes as it was picking up someone else, good timing. The hotel is about 7 miles from Detroit airport and takes about 10 minutes in the shuttle, therefore there is no noise from plane taking off or landing. A Crackerbarrel within walking distance and a couple of other eateries a few minutes by car.

The Holiday Inn Express Belleville was very comfortable. The king size room was very spacious and included and mini fridge and micro wave. The room was clean and well kept. They have a nice breakfast buffet every day. I would definitely stay there again.

It was close to where we needed to be. The pool and work out room were excellent. No fan in the bathroom, and the bathroom ceiling was not finished. Overall we had a nice stay in the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was that it had no fan in the bathroom to keep the steam out when taking a shower.

We have stayed here several times when flying out of DTW and have always left our car. Their web-site lists Free Airport Shuttle and Free Parking so we were very irritated to find that this time we were required to pay 40.00 parking upon check-in. When we explained that we had never been charged before, and there certainly is no mention of this charge at their web-site we were told that it is their (new?) policy. Had we know this ahead of time we would have stayed elsewhere for half the price and will do so in the furure. Further, we left several messages for the Manager to call us before posting this review with no reply......poor customer service indeed.

Spacious lobby and guest room. We thought we were getting a Jacuzzi room. Wrong. Nice place. Decent room and facilities. Good breakfast.

The most important thing, cleanliness and comfort of the bed, were both great. There was nothing we did not like about the hotel. The Holiday-Inn Express in Bellville, MI was very clean and comfortable. The pool looked great, although we did not have time to use it. The continental breakfast had a good selection. My one recommendation is phone the hotel directly for price rates.
