Room, pool and breakfast made for a fine experience. Some check-in desk personnel could be a bit more personal and less abrupt.

The room was attractively,stylishly decorated,especially liked the bathroom. A new hotel located in a safe,convenient part of town, as a female alone, I felt safe and secure here. My room was spacious, newly decorated with a posh feel, I loved the bathroom with its set-in shelf decoration. Would definitely stay here again,and certainly recommend it - full breakfast too.

On annual trip to Kingston we stay in Belleville- requiring handicap friendly rooms -room was okay-breakfast was okay- housekeeping forgot one section of room. Designs of room not well thought out- flat screen TV can not be seen from sitting area -can only be watched while in bed. If you need to sleep near window-air conditioning unit makes passage minimal .To add to the challenge a previous guests toenails clippings were left on floor - guess vacuum does not fit in space either.

From the time you drive off the interstate to you return to it - everything was excellent. From the outside the hotel appears to be newer, nicely landscape, and clean. Once inside you realize just how new. Everything is fresh and easy on the eyes. The staff is friendly and courteous. The room are very spacious with lots of storage for everything. The bathroom is large with built in shelving. The bed and bedding was so comfortable sleep came easily. And so quiet!!!! Unbelievable! And breakfast? very appetizing and satisfying. A fantastic hotel and staff. This could easily be a longer stay hotel.

The hotel was clean, centrally located & we enjoyed the breakast bar. There were some noisy kids running around down the hall at night. I felt the hotel was located in a good area of town, was clean, the staff friendly and helpful and we enjoyed having the breakfast bar in the morning. Would definitely recommend the hotel to other travelers.

I am so glad I found this brand new hotel. When on business in Belleville I am used to staying at another hotel in town. I found the room to be exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly. Overall great hotel, great pillows, a nice change from other hotels. I was upgraded to a suite as I am a platinum priority club member, this was a nice touch. I will definately stay at this hotel again.
