This hotel is absolutley lovely! The staff is awesome and the hotel is wonderful. The BEST place to say in Barstow.

We only stayed one night as we were traveling East. Check-in was fast and easy, room clean and beds especially comfortable with bedding that felt fresh and crisp. Complimentary breakfast was included and basic-the breakfast room was well-maintained.

"This is the only hotel to stay at in Barstow. The hotel is new with clean up-to-date rooms, and their staff is the best. Very friendly and helpful!"

Housekeeping staff wasnot trained. The water in the toilet was almost to the top and tissue was floating in it. This was the room cleaner's problem which they did not address and just closed the lid. When the desk was contacted we were told no maintenance was on-site and a plunger would be sent to the room for us to plunge the toilet. Also was told no other room was available to us.

"This was the best place to stay in Barstow. Clean, great staff, good breakfast, pool open 24 hours. outlets close by lots of food choices, easy access to freeway, etc.. a little expensive though but worth it compared to other places in Barstow."

Very friendly staff, clean, great tub, yummy cinnamon rolls, and cool toiletries. The room decor i.e. Sofa bedspread were a bit dark and not attractive. I didn't expect much in Barstow. This was nice. It was next to the outlet mall and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good.
