Nice room for less tha half the price of being in Boston. Those theives will never wise up unless more people send nights on the out-skirts of town.

The beds were great! I usually don't sleep well in hotels if i stay for one night but the room and bed was so comfortable that the minute my head hit the pillow I was sleeping!

This hotel I believe is fairly new - the room was extremely clean, bathroom very clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out. Had a simple, very nice continental breakfast in the morning. All in all this hotel was a good bargain.

We stayed two nights and every encounter with the staffs were pleasant. The breakfast includes sausage one day and bacon the next, satisfying my meatlover children. The rooms are spacious with beautiful bathroom.

Clean, comfortable rooms in a convenient location. Rooms do not have wireless internet, and staff was unable to provide a bottle opener. If you need a clean comfortable place to sleep and work in a very central location in the Worcester area, at a very reasonable price, this is the place. Don't expect room service or a super-attentive staff, but they are courteous and friendly.

Soft beds, soft linens, cushy pillows, large towels, big room.......everything about this hotel was a nice surprise. We had a large room with two beds and easy internet access through WiFi or ethernet. The staff was courteous and friendly and there was a complimentary breakfast in the morning. For the price, it was a delightful surprise. The location is close enough to visit Sturbridge Village.

The Holiday Inn Espress in Auburn,MA. was very clean and there was plenty of room to move about in our room. It was easy to get on and off the highway. The breakfast was ok. Everything was very pleasant about this hotel.

The room and price were good. The breakfast bufffet was better than average. We had a problem with no room service on Thanksgiving day. The management said we were supposed to have been warned that the help was only there until noon but we left the room before 10 and returned that evening to find the beds unmade and no clean towels. It spoiled what could have been a very enjoyable stay.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites AUBURN in Auburn, Massachusetts is a very comfortable, well-appointed hotel. Stylish and accomodating to both business and leisure travelers. We stayed in a King bed suite with fold-out sofa. The separate desk area workspace was very helpful. One person could be working while the other was watching TV without being distracting. Very convenient to the Mass Pike and Worcester, short ride into Boston.

The hotel was kept clean and neat. The staff members were extremely helpful. Although the smoking section was secluded on the 1st floor we could still smell smoke throughout the building. The hotel was kept neat and clean. Every room was equipped with a microwave and fridge. The staff was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good. The room and bathrooms were nice they were kind of looked new. Everything was great.

"I really can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The continental breakfast provided was wonderful -- there were fruits, cereals, muffins, yogurts, juices, coffee, and pastries! There were nice extras. The fitness center only had a few pieces of equipment, but they were of good quality, and a TV was available to watch during workouts. There was a computer available to guests. "

We were greeted very warmly when we arrived late on a Thursday night (after midnight). The separate bathroom and vanity area were appreciated. The day staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The only aspect that could be improved was the breakfast (included in hotel price) by providing a greater variety of fruit - there was only apples, no grapefruit, oranges, bananas, etc. The eating area was kept very clean and was replenished frequently.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I did not like that there were no showercaps in the room. This hotel was worth the visit. It was very quiet and it had a very safe atmosphere. The bedroom was cozy and the staff was friendly.

Convenience. No hot water for the two days we stayed after complaining, and no wash cloths available. We have stayed there before and did not have this problem. No hot water for two days after talking to manager, no available washcloths. We have stayed there before and were very pleased but this stay was a disaster.
