I agree with Amber M. This hotel rates 5 star for comfort and decoration at a great price.The beds were comfortable, the rooms very clean, and the lobby was small, but elegant.I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is great! Only complaint I have is that I waited at the front desk for a little over 15 minutes before an employee finally showed up behind the front desk so that I could check-in. The hotel was deserted of any hotel employees to help me during this time. It was only frustrating because I was in a pretty big hurry... Other than that, hotel was great!

EVERYTHING. Nothing. This was our second stay at this Holiday Inn Express. 1st time was a little over year ago when just opened. Loved it then and love it this second time. All staff where great. Chief was super. Had a minor issue with room toilet and safe fixed in less than hour!

This is the only Express in the world that offers Five Star Hotel Comfort and Decoration. Anytime I am in Dallas area I am staying here.

from checking in to leaving our time at the holiday inn express was quiet, enjoyable and very friendly. hotel was extremely clean, the room larger than i expected, and all amenities were up and running. a very pleasant time was had .

The breakfast was great, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was equivalent to dining in a nice restaurant. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The rooms were quiet, clean, modern, and roomy.

Good location, very clean and quite fancy for a holiday inn express. Liked it all. Great hotel! Clean and nice. Good size rooms and excellent hot breakfast.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and professional. Was not told that breakfast hours were different during the week, went to eat at 9:20 and was told it was over. One of the two rooms, the key did not work so had to move to another room. The key for the second room also was problematic.

Decor was nice, but broken in our room. Service, food, broken mirror in bathroom, AC wouldn't stay on. I'll never stay there again. Requested a king but got a queen & still charged for a king. Food made us both very sick. Room was marginal at best. Check was 3pm, we checked in at 4pm & our room wasn't ready. We will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.

It was clean, smelled nice, comfortable bed and pretty. We had a very pleasant stay and slept very well. It was very attractive and smelled new. I would definitely stay again.

The room was wonderful! The beds were amazingly comfortable and I loved the Jacuzzi tub. Not enough towels in the room. But, we managed just fine. I found the overall experience to be a positive one. There were four in our party and the accommodations were excellent.
