I just loved this hotel. Right when we first got there the staff was very friendly & helpful. Then they called us to welcome us & asked if we needed anything to just ask. They brought us extra bathroom supplies, (Shampoo, lotion ect). Breakfast was yummy! The staff was SUPER friendly. We all really enjoyed our time there.

This was an attractive and clean hotel. I would rather sleep in my car than a smoking room but that was all that was available. Nice, clean, friendly. Smoking rooms should be aired out better.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the near Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. The room was clean, neat, and spacious. I especially enjoyed the Continental Breakfast and the available Laundry Facility. A little more costly then most places in the area but definitely a nice stay. The computers in the business center were up to date. One of the computers were down and they should try to keep them running and working all the time.

called 3 nights before and asked about pool facilities. After checking in found out hottub was broken and pool unswimmable because of cool temperatures. I also fell flat on my back from ice on their sidewalks. I informed Hernandez, the manager, as to avoid another guest from getting injured and was blatantly told ""there is no ice"". She was the rudest, most unprofessional person. This hotel cares nothing for customer service and is hostile to passing thru travelers. Cleaning staff was friendly. Rooms are very mediocre and there are many other choices for hotels

The Holiday Inn Express in Alamosa is a pretty nice hote. The room was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was better than most (great warm cinnamon rolls).

The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful and overall it was a very good experience. Our room was too close to highway 160 and trucks going by used their Jake brake too often. The hotel staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We asked for some information and got suitable answers that helped quite a bit. The room was always made up and very clean. We well stay there next time we go to Alamosa, as we have friends that we visit quite frequently.

We arrived early but were able to check into our room right away. The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. We had read another review that mentioned road noise, but we had a room facing the highway and it was very quiet. We asked the front desk to recommend a restaurant, and had a very good meal at the place they suggested. It was an easy drive to Zapata Falls and the Great Sand Dunes. We're planning on doing more exploring in the area and will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express again.

The holiday Inn and suites in Alamosa was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very well stocked and had a good variety with plenty of tables and chairs,even a sofa to relax on so you could enjoy your morning coffee while watching the news.

Spotless! Nicely decorated and courteous staff. The beds were very hard, not firm, hard! If you can't sleep well, what's the point? In my opinion, this hotel was overpriced for its location in a small town in a rural area. Next time we go there, we will look for better value. Nice fancy massage type shower head that was clogged and didn't work well. Don't forget maintenance H.I. Express! The beds were hard, not firm, but hard. We never had a good night's sleep. They need better mattresses. Everyday we came back to the hotel our security cards would not work, they happily replaced them everyday but did not fix the problem, or give an explanation as to why this occurred every day. The continental breakfast was average. The staff was very polite, friendly, and courteous and prompts to answer the desk bell.

Get a room on the north side away from traffic. Fairly new building, very clean. Good, extensive, continental breakfast in a nice dining room. Staff positive, polite and helpful.

This hotel was a year old but looked like it was just opened. Staff was superb, room was clean, breakfast was great. Perfect Stay!!
