	Date of Stay: July, 2009
This hotel has serious plumbing and mangement problems. Given a room with a non-working toilet and no water faucet pressure. No management onsite and no one who would give us a comparable room. We took another room type due to the hour of our arrival. No apology from management ever received. Additionally no business/computer center, only one computer in the hallway for all guest to use.

I liked the location and the friendly staff. No pool. Clean and neat. Friendly helpful staff. One problem we encountered was the housekeeping hours. The book says housekeeping is open until 4 pm. On one occasion we left shortly after 3 pm and another we left at 12:30 pm and neither time did we get rooms cleaned or stocked.

It was very comfortable. The staff was accomodating, the free breakfast was above average. I felt safe and would definitely stay here again. We were 10 miinutes from the airport and the shuttle was free and prompt. It was a good economic decision.

Location was great, real close to airport so it was easy to get to. Easy access, friendly staff. It wasn't real fancy but we were quite pleased overall. Breakfast time was 5am-10am with full breakfast; food was mediocre. We would stay there again.

Great place to stay near Sea Tac airport. Airport shuttle service, great front desk service (at all hours) and extremely spacious rooms-clean and comfortable-made this a wonderful relaxing stop over after our cruise. Would definitely stay here again as well as other HOliday Inn Express if they are all run as well as this one!

Reserved the 2 bed queen (not standard room)non-smoking. Received smoking one bed king. Moved to standard room non smoking. Women next door had been moved three times before they had two beds. Pretty much a hassle at 9:00 p.m. Great breakfast!!

Very clean, friendly and close parking. TV's were tiny and hallways were very long. Nice motel, clean and friendly. New larger TV's were coming with the remodel and I would stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel with three young children 3 1/2 years ago. Our experience was good enough that we thought we would try again. We were not disappointed. Check in was easy. The front desk was busy but efficient and friendly. This hotel is in close proximity to the airport and rental car drop off areas; this, along with our previous good experience made this the right choice. The room we stayed in was immaculate. The carpet and wallpaper were new. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with the cinnamon rolls, cheese omlet and fresh bacon were each very good. For our stay - once at the beginning of a trip and the second time at the end - this is a great hotel for $100. There is no charge for parking here (another local Holiday Inn was charging). I will seek out this hotel for my next Seattle stay. While there are more rtizy hotels in the area, this hotel has a casual, functional elegance that is priced well for middle to upper-middle class "mortals" lilke ourselves.

Convenience to airport. Hotel staff, service. We found the room had not been cleaned from previous guest. It was well after midnight when we finally received another room and we had to be up at 5 am to catch our flight home.

We were very pleased with our stay . The rooms were neat and clean the service personnel were very polite ,front desk personel were egar to help with directions and made some suggestions that we used to entrtain our Grand children . Its not easy to deal with a 4 nad 6 year old. We found that the Breakfast was of very good quality and the selections were changed daily. I would not hesitate to reccomend this hotel to any of my freinds . Over all we felt that we received a good value for what we were charged . Thanks to Travel website for their honesty in the adds . We were flying into Seattle after completing a cruise in Alaska. Our flight was delayed and the airline was late in getting our luggage to us, so our planned 8:20 PM arrival became an 11 PM arrival. I pre-paid the room in full to guarantee it, paying with a credit card several months in advance. When we finally got our luggage, we phoned the hotel to request a shuttle. The clerk told us to go across the skyway and call again when we were there, then proceeded to giggle. We were tired. We did as instructed and it took us about 5 minutes. We then called again and the clerk said she would request a shuttle. Twenty minutes later, the shuttle arrived. We felt it should have been called when we first requested it. Although we told the clerk exactly where we were standing, my husband had to cross two lanes of traffic to get the shuttle to pull over. Apparently we weren't the only ones the driver was to pick up at that location, because 5 others boarded with us. I don't know why it was so difficult to get him to pull over. We then loaded luggage ourselves as the driver did not seem interested in doing this. When we arrived at the hotel, the first words out of the clerks mouth were "You are lucky you have a room. We usually let these go to others if you don't call by 6 PM." I told her that the room was pre-paid and guaranteed and that it was difficult to call by 6 PM when we left remote Alaska at 4 PM and were in the air until our arrival at 11 PM. I will not stay there again. We filed a complaint with the manager.

The window curtains won't close completely, which resulted in disturbed sleeping.

I liked the comfort of the beds and the option to rent kids movies. The snack shop was convenient and the free breakfast in the morning was good. There is no pool (kids love pools) and the curtains don't close all the way so the sun comes in until it's dark, the bathroom could be cleaner too. It was perfect for the one night we stayed. We had to catch an early flight the next morning and it was close to the hotel and we were able to grab milk, muffins, bananas and yogurt to go. That was great!

Beautiful rooms and wonderful staff. No restaurant on site. I was very impressed with the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The rooms were beautiful!
