Our plane was late and the rental car service was slow, so we got to The Holiday Inn close to midnight. The front desk staff was delightful and quick, the room was lovely and very comfortable, and even though the hotel is a stone throw from the airport, we didn't hear anything. Best of all, the breakfast is served until 10 (very nice for tired vacationers!) and it was delicious - a nice change from the ususal plastic wrapped danish!

Building is frame construction and so if a guest is just walking around on the floor above you, it sounds like a herd of elephants. Otherwise, it's a pretty nice hotel.

Great location near airport. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced rooms.

Shuttle service to/from PDX. Not close to rail line stop. Clean linens, clean room overall. However, the lobby floor was under renovation at the time of our stay, and the breakfast bar was disorganized (couldn't find keys for beverage refrigerator) We would stay again, though, and were pleased overall.

Quiet, good parking, good location and price. Loved the smell of products. Breakfast went till 9:30. Would be nice to have something for late risers even container of yogurt. Great smelling shampoo.
