The room was very clean and neat. Had our own private balcony. Staff was friendly and the pool area was very nice. I would stay there again.

Upscale hotel, great location, andfriendly staff. Parkingcosts were outrageously high.

The fitness room had plenty of equipment and was well-maintained. I never had to wait for a machine. The hot tub looked like it might have needed the water quality checked, so I didn't get in that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast included tastey biscuits and cinnamon rolls. It felt very safe.

The front desk staff & the breakfast hostess were all very friendly and helpful. The room, including floors, walls, bathroom, and bedding, was clean. The bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi could have been a little warmer & the pool towels, a little more substantial although there was no limit on how many one could use.

We saw a concert in Burgettstown which is only 15 min away. The location is great because it's close to the venue and there is tons of shopping in the area. I was not impressed with the cleanliness. The rooms weren't dirty but there were spots that were missed...I found crumbs sitting on top of the cushion of the chair in the room.

The cleanliness of the room.

Stayed with my daughter for her birthday and was impressed with the room. Liked the shower and sink area being separate (made getting ready in the morning quicker). Staff was very helpful, even finding some forks at 10:00pm for our leftovers. Morning staff very efficient at breakfast area. Proximity to shopping superb. Also, many great restaurants to choose from also close by. Am planning another trip there very soon. Didn't use the fitness center or pool (pool was closed for the season) but would love to stay during warmer weather as the pool looked great. Only one problem which was a noisy neighbor. The kids stayed across the hall from their parents so were traveling back and forth for a little over one hour at 10:30pm but this is really beyond the hotel's control so I just suffered through it. Kids finally tired and were quiet. All in all, a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The Holiday Inn Express Pittsburgh Airport is close to downtown activities and just down the street from great shopping. We came to see a baseball game but stayed to go shopping at Robinson Center. The Holiday Inn Express was close to the highway but not so close as to disturbe your sleep. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was very eager to please and accomodated our needs.

This is a well-maintained and well-managed new hotel. The double-queen room was spacious, VERY nicely appointed, and clean. I had business to do, so the easy and free Internet connection was a plus, and the manager made me feel very welcome to continue working in the Business Center after check-out. All the little room amenities were first-class, and I predict, as I leave town to head for a famous 4-star hotel, that I won't find better there tonight. I don't understand why online travel website's rate for this hotel is 40 lower on the day I'm checking out than on the day I made my reservation, but the price was reasonable for the value received.

Easy to fnd and location. Parking. It was a fine for business travel, but not for family as it was tucked into a very busy area. Parking appeared to be limited.

Very nice hotel. Very convenient for the Pittsburgh airport. We were very satisfied with everything. Staff was exceptionally nice. Offered to even drive us to dinner anywhere we wanted to go. Shuttle was waiting for us at 6:00 a.m. as we had early flights. They had queen size beds which was great. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here after leaving the horid Days Inn (pittsburgh airport), and everyone here was wonderful, they let us check inn at 9:30 am so we could leave the days inn, the bed was wonderful, they have a wonderful breakfat spread, very good coffee 24/7, very nice rooms, with balconies overlooking the pool in the courtyard. The only and i mean only think they could improve in is the shower heads (not a whole lot of pressure), but that is minor to me. Will stay here everytime I am in pittsburgh. It turns out it is probably the closest hotel to the Post Gazzette Pavilion.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool could be slightly larger and more kid friendly (more shallow at one end). The staff at this hotel went out of their for you to have everything you need for an enjoyable visit; and I mean everyone from the housekeeping staff to the manager. They even brewed a fresh pot of coffee for us when we returned from church only minutes before checking out. Knowledgeable about the area, and even provide a shuttle service for local travel so you do not have to take your car. Plan on staying there again on our next visit to Pittsburgh.

Good value, good location and clean. I was pleased with the hotel, it was clean, in a good location, a good value, I would stay here again!

Very clean. Room was spacious. The bed was quite comfortable and had both firm and soft pillows (marked as such on the pillow cases). Many rooms, including the one we stayed in, had a private balcony. The price was higher ($* or > per night) than many of the other local hotels of comparable quality and distance to the airport.

Awesome bed and bedding, Friendly staff, great location. No refrigerator or microwave. The overall stay at the hotel was great. Love what they did to the rooms, new bathroom and sink fixtures, new beds, new bedding. I really like the new pillow setup, 4 pillows for each bed, 2 firm and 2 soft (all labeled on the pillowcase). The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great location for shopping and not too far from the airport, city and stadium.
