i have stayed in three hotels in the past six days and this is the best hotel i've stayed at yet.it has a great continental breakfast good jacuzi pool and the best rooms thati have ever stayed at.

We just needed a clean, comfortable place near the airport to stay the night before an early morning flight. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had a computer we could use to check in and print the boarding pass. The airport shuttle arrived punctually and all went very smoothly.

We were very satisfied overall with the accommodations. The only deficiency was the lack of adequate parking. We left and returned twice during our brief stay, but each time I had to drop-off members of our party and cruise around the parking lot more than one time to find a parking spot. It was either that or park in an adjacent business' lot and risk my car being towed away.

My understanding it was a suite, it had a small refrigerator and microwave but no couch or 2 rooms. The hotel was great. I am allergic to feather pillows and thats what they had on the bed. They did bring my 2 pillows that were not feather. They had a great heated pull and whirlpool.

We found the hotel to be a very nice accommodation for our transition through Phoenix. Nice room, good staff, clean premises, close to airport for easy return of rental car. We will book again in the future!

Quiet for being near the airport. We were very happy with our choice. We wanted near the airport and the staff helped us find our way to a restaurant and a shopping center with very easy directions.

The Holiday In Express was the perfect place to stay for a quick trip in and out of Phoenix for a day of meetings. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the breakfast more than sufficient.

Great selection for breakfast. Room was nicely decorated and very clean. Initially refrigerator not working, but them came on on its own. Small number of parking spots, had to park in adjoining hotel lot.

The room was larger than expected, the linens were very nice and the pool was a welcome spot. The breakfast in the am was one of the best that I've seen at a hotel like this. Our stay would have been nearly perfect, had not one member of our party been robbed on the bus out to the motel from the airport. I don't know whether this is due to the location or just random luck with the way things are these days.

The hotel staff was the most pleasant we have ever had anywhere. One of them went out of his way to be of service to us. Our stay was great but short because we were flying out the next morning but if we ever go back to Phoenix we will stay here just because of the way we were treated by the staff. One of the staff was very helpful with everything we needed.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites PHOENIX-AIRPORT was a very good value. The rooms were clean, smelled clean, and had comfortable beds. Happy hour was a nice treat with sandwices and 2 free drinks. The breakfast buffet was fairly substantial. We really felt we got alot for the money.

The hotel was under construction but they did everything possible to make up for this incipience with perks. No problems with this hotel. This hotel was very close to the airport. The rooms were big and recently updated with new comforters. They had a happy hour and free drinks for guests. The pool and hot tub were very nice and opened as long as we wanted it to be. We ate from the room service menu. The meals were big and tasty. I would recommend. They are under construction now but soon will be better than ever.

Very nice, comfortable room at a low price. Nothing nearby. The hotel is clean and lovely. The staff was a bit confused, but helpful as best they could. There is nothing nearby, so don't expect to walk to anything but the waffle house next door. This hotel is a good place for a business traveler or someone passing through to rest their head comfortably.
