We had never been to Orlando and didn't know where to stay....didn't want to pick a hotel in a bad area or not so clean...i read other reviews and Holiday Inn Express and Suites by the airport had great reviews.....and it lived up to them. Very clean...nice staff...wouldn't hesitate to stay there again next time I'm in Orlando

Good, basic hotel. Hot breakfast included, although pretty basic. Good hot water pressure. clean rooms, smelled nice. However, DO make sure you put your do not disturb sign on your room for the morning if you plan to sleep in. My flight came in at 1:00 am, and I didn't put my sign up, and housekeeping was tap-tap-tapping on my door at 8:00 a.m.! Needless to say, I was slightly peeved. Also, due to my late arrival and check-in, I requested a later check out. They gave me one extra hour beyond the original check out. I felt that they could've been a little more accomodating given the circumstance. ALso, even after I straightened it out with them I'd need a later check out and it was ok'd, someone still called and re-confirmed it not knowing that I already understood the arrangement. I think they must've gotten busy and someone was out of the loop in communication. The desk service was friendly and efficient, and the shuttle driver was timely and polite. Overall, I would stay again.

Very clean. Large rooms. Staff was very helpful. I booked a room with only one bed by accident, and it was myself and a friend traveling. The front desk upgraded us to a room with 2 beds and an extra sitting area for no fee.

Stayed two nights - Dec. 18 & Dec. 21. Both nights the room was excellent and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate and service very good. Would definately stay again.

The hotel would have been difficult to find on the dark and rainy night we arrived if we hadn't looked up its location earlier...especially since the roads were under construction in the area. Once we arrived check in was quick and easy and the room was ready. Breakfast in the morning was very good...especially the cinnamon rolls! The only negative thing I can say about this hotel was that I noticed the toilets had trouble flushing...whether in our room or on the main floor. Otherwise, the stay was very enjoyable.

They were always clean and staff was friendly. The air condition unit was very noisy, bed was uncomfortable and hallway was hot.

My mother and I had to make this family/business trip and we arrived on Sunday afternoon and asked the hotel clerk about a fish place to eat. She suggest Fish Bones and we found the restaurant and it was DELICIOUS! Breakfast was delicious and just the right amount. It was also convenient to have computer access to print up our boarding passes! Thanks for everything! especially the comfortable queen bed!!!

Convenient and friendly; clean room and comfy bed. Breakfast was sparse and ends early (9:30 am). This is a great pick if you are there on business or bringing the family for the sites; not a romantic place but is very clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport but did not hear planes flying over.

When we got there they had given our "suite" to another family whose flight had been canceled so we had to stay in a much smaller room. The next day we had to move to a different suite then originally planned and it was quite small. When I put the food in the fridge, it felt warm but it was on max so I assumed that it had just been plugged in. By the time we caught it, all of the milk, meat, cheese and salads were ruined. The pool is very small and closes at ten each night. The continental breakfast was good, and for the most part the staff was pleasant, but I like to stay in nice motels, even if I am on vacation and I will never stay at another Holiday Inn Express.

This Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites was just what we needed. The location was excellent as it allowed us to reach the airport within minutes. We stayed in a corner suite with two queen-sized beds and a pull out couch. Internet service was available in the room and we had our own kitchenette with micro wave and refrigerator. I always wish the blankets were newer, but these were OK. Bathroom was very clean and beds, very comfortable. The convenient restaurant around the corner we chose at 9 P.M. was TERRIBLE; we wish we had asked at the front desk instead of Googling the area. Staff was A+ for an express hotel.

A nice clean place that was easy to get to from the airport. This would not be my first choice for a long term stay. The stay was very pleasant. Clean place with a friendly helpful staff. We arrived in Orlando at midnight and this place was close and easy to get to from the airport.

We recently took a cruise out of Port Canaveral and stayed at this hotel overnight on Friday after arriving at Orlando International. We arrived late (around 9:30PM) and left around 10:00AM the next day, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was friendly, the free airport shuttle was at the designated spot even before we were able to walk from baggage claim to that spot. The hotel was tidy, the rooms were very clean. The free continental breakfast was really very nice!! Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised with the quality for the price. If I had a complaint, it would be about the sheets. They were so coarse, they felt itchy. I wasn't sure if it was just me, but other family members had the same complaint. But I woudl definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and surely stay there again.

The staff could not have been any nicer, the location was 5 minutes from the airport, rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the walls were thin and you could hear people speaking in the next room. Next time ear plugs!

Convenient to airport; clean; comfortable beds; friendly staff. Close to interstate but not a great place. The price was very reasonable and the accommodations were very good. Even though it might be a ways from Disney and other resorts, I would definitely consider staying here and driving to where you want to go. If we are on a short stay and need to be close to the airport, this hotel is a no-brainer and I would highly recommend.

All of the staff was courteous and helpful, the room was very nice and clean, everything worked like it was supposed to. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small fridge and microwave along with the coffee pot. Great amenities for the price. The breakfast was especially nice - not your ordinary continental breakfast. Along with the dry cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, pastries and all the spreads, milks and juices, they also had toaster waffles, little cheese omelets and bacon. It was quite a morning feast and was constantly monitored by staff who kept it clean and well-stocked. We were quite please all around.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, ORLANDO, FL I was in town on a business trip and needed better directions to the hotel, when I called the front staff was very helpful in providing me with detail directions to the hotel. Upon arrival I needed something to eat the the hotel staff provided me with menus and locations close by to grab a bite to eat. Everytime I entered or left the building I was greated with a friendly hello or have a nice day. Everything was Great!
