Hotel was conveniently located to airport and surround area. Room accomadations, service, and complimentary breakfast were all first class. In fact, this was the first hotel we stayed in that someone actually came around every day to check on the maid staff. We will definitely stay again when visiting Manchester, NH.

This was our first stay at this hotel, but we'll definitely stay here again if there are rooms available. The staff was friendly & easy to deal with, the continental breakfast offered a good variety of options, & the location made easy access for traveling back & forth from NHIS for the races.

We were 3 people of whom 1 was an 84 yr old woman (who has a disabling arthritic condition) & 1 was a disabled (partial paralysis) woman. We were on the 3rd floor and when we were ready to check out, the elevator had an "out of order" . I asked one of the housekeepers if there was another elevator and she said no, only the one. We carefully and slowly made our way down the 2 flights of stairs (suitcases, walker, canes and all) and when I went to the front desk the woman working there told me I should have read the letter in the room that states if there is a problem to call the front desk. The attitude she conveyed was that it was our fault that we had to struggle getting down 2 flights of stairs. (I guess they would have sent someone up to carry the senior citizen and disabled person down) At the very least there should have been a note on the "out of order" sign stating "please call front desk for assistance". I was never offered an apology much less any kind of discount. I'll never stay at another Holiday Inn Express again.

The turn off for this hotel was a little difficult to find but other than that it was a very nice place to stay. There was a great variety of food provided for breakfast. There was free internet access so I was able to check my home email and check in for the return flight online. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

I've never stayed at HIE before but I was wildly impressed! My fiance and I made a weekend trip to view potential homes and staying at a spotless and comfortable hotel was icing on the cake! I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and if I have to make another trip before the move, I will stay here again!

If you have an event at the verizon wireless arena This is the place to stay. They have a shuttle if needed and they are almost 5 miles away. We were able to enjoy and great show and had great accomaditions. The breakfast was out of this world. I have fuss kids and they loved it as well. The pool and hot tub were icling on the cake. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very nice and Helpful!! A++++

We have stayed at this hotel before but were happily surprised at the updated bathroom. Everything was very clean and housekeeping was efficient. We did not use the pool but several families did and they enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, and will continue to stay there every time we visit our daughter from now on. Beds were great, tv worked fine, bathroom very clean, shower spray good. Close to the mall, and close to the airport.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites-Manchester Airport was very comfortable and conveniently located to I-293 with plenty of places nearby to eat. I was especially impressed with the daily morning continental breakfast and very appreciative of the USA Today outside my door each weekday morning. The wait staff at the check-in counter could of been better, though they were friendly and helpful at check-in. One of the hotel clerks at the lobby counter could have used some lessons in friendliness. She made facial expressions and copped an attitude with me when I would ask her questions or request assistance. However, the rest of the hotel staff--check-in counter and all others--were friendly and accommodating.

"We were very pleased with our room. It was large and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was well-stocked. The pool area was clean. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. As I was looking under and behind furniture to make sure we hadn't left anything behind, I found A LOT of garbage that was not ours, even a soda bottle in the freezer left by a previous occupant. It could have been a fluke. We'd consider staying there again. Late night popcorn, hot chocolate and coffee are always a draw for us. A down pillow in the room was a nice perk too."

This totally satisfied our needs which were to sleep after arriving late from airport and be able to drive next day to our destination 3 hours away. Breakfast is provided and perfect for two children (ages 6 and 7) and parents too. Room was a little dark but then we were only sleeping so it didn't matter.

Appearance. Room policies. My only comment is that our first room was in the front of the hotel facing the highway and was very loud. We asked to switch rooms and were placed in a room in the back of the hotel. Unfortunately there was some sort of loud noise above the room making it impossible to sleep. The manager said that there were no other king rooms and their computer system would not allow them to switch us to a different room type. If she did, we would have to pay for the king room and pay for an additional night in the new room. Fortunately someone canceled and we were able to get a king without further arguing. However, it was very frustrating that we were not able to switch to a quiet room without the prospect of paying for two rooms.
