Great experience except for a water leak in the bathroom. I called the front desk, and they were appropriately apologetic and moved me to another equivalent room immediately.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn because it was close to the port where our cruise ship was departing. The free shuttle right to the port was wonderful. We had a great breakfast at the hotel as well. Very nice pool area.

We stayed here for an overnight before our cruise out of Miami. Great accomodations. Arrived later than midnight shuttle pick-up, and the hotel still graciously picked us up for the shuttle from the airport.

My stay at this hotel was short, but long enough to enjoy the friendly staff, the clean room, the very comfortable bed, the wonderful free breakfast, and the impecable shuttle service. It was great! I would recommend it to anyone.

Convenient location, good for stop over. Would not want to stay there longer than a couple of days. Convenient location for air stop over. Shuttle is provided to airport or cruise port. Helpful staff, excellent breakfast, free business internet use.

Very good hotel, perfect to take holidays of cruiser. Very near the port and they have free transportation to the port. My wife and I had an emergency and we had to go to the hospital that was well near the hotel. We had to extend our stopover by the emergency and the hotel gave us a better rate price.

If staying at the hotel you should ask specific questions about the complimentary shuttle or you will end up paying 15 for a cab to the airport like we did. The staff told us that the shuttle could not take us to the airport b/c it only runs every hour on the half hour which the staff the day before didn't tell us. We had to take a cab ride to the airport. We were told we would be reimbursed for the cab ride and to take the assistant managers card and call him to reimburse us. We emailed and call him and received no call back. We finally got a hold of him at the hotel and he told us there was nothing he could do and would not uphold what his staff had told us. I would not stay at the hotel again b/c they do not uphold their word and honor what they tell you.

We were picked up promptly at the airport and taken to the hotel which is only minutes away from the airport. We spent only one night there and then were taken to the cruise terminal the next morning. The buffet breakfast was good. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast should be described as a continental breakfast because the egg option was more like styrofoam than eggs.

We traveled down to Ft.Lauderdale for college orientation, not knowing the area chose the Holiday Inn Express due to it's conveinence to airport and universities. Our room on the second floor had small ants under the mattress and would be climbing over the end tables and the bedding. The continental breakfast was pretty sparce in variety.

We thought it was clean and very nice. Could have had different breakfast item choices. This was a nice and clean hotel. We stayed there a night before our cruise left. Conveniently located near the cruise port. There were not a lot of dining choices around hotel-unless you like fast food. We would stay there again.

Very clean rooms and public areas. Good pool area. Staff was very polite and willing yo assist us. We had a very pleasant experience and will most likely return to this hotel. It provides very good value for the money.

We checked in late, so we left our luggages in the room and went to eat. Came back I unpacked some clothes and toiletry. After a while I realized the room was warm, so I tried to turned the air up. Nothing happen, I opened the cover, and it droped on my foot and cut my big toe. It looked like the battery was out, so I called front desk. They sent the maintainance man up, and he confirmed that the battery was dead. We asked him to switch the cover with battery with an empty room, so we won't have to move. Front desk called and said we had to move to another room. Not just another room on same floor but one floor above. We had to put things back in bags and moved up. we had total 5 bags.

Very new, clean, small comfortable size. Staff indifferent shuttle bus doesn¿t start till 5:30 am. The shuttle bus was an issue with the other guests as well as me. It doesn't start running till 5:30 a.m. We guests had early flights and we only had 1 hour to get on the flight. Then the driver swung over to a second hotel to pick up their guests. That made us all nervous and the driver just didn't seem to care and it was a "take it or leave it attitude.¿

When we got to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites FT. LAUDERDALE AIRPORT the customer service agent was friendly and helpful. The room was suprisingly bigger than was expected and was clean and tidy. The king-sized bed was as comfortable as any bed that I've slept on. In the morning we had a tasty hot complementary buffet breakfast which consisted of eggs, sausages, muffins, OJ and hot coffee/tea. The hotel was about a 10 minute ride to the airport. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and definetly a great value for the money.

The Holiday Inn is perfect for a stay before or after a cruise. The breakfast which was included is good however you have to grab a cab to go out to eat for lunch or dinner.

I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such incredible ignorance as I've had to with the staff at this hotel. I have had so many pleasant experiences with other Holiday Inn's that this was a complete and utter let down.
