The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highway noise.

Hotel cancelled our reservation because my credit card didn't go through. Shouldn't the travel agency be notified about this so the customer can be advised? That same credit card worked when checking in.

It had a free shuttle to the airport. Hard to find at night. Was not well lit. Off the road a little hard to see. It was very nice. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were exceptionally clean.

Amenities were very good, like indoor pool, breakfast and good staff. Having stayed in Holiday Inn before, my expectation was one that would be be upperscale. Our family was not disappointed, because the beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly and caring, and the hotel had a very modern feel to it.

Too much noise from the highway, spotlight aimed at room window. Table lamps did not work.
