hotal locale was great - right by airport - love the included breakfast - room was not cleaned the second day of the stay even though we were gone for most of the day. had enough towels to get through to the third day so not a big deal- just would have liked to have the beds made.

Location was perfect for what we needed. Ants in the pool area. For the price the hotel was great. Nice hot breakfast in the morning and generous sized rooms. Loved the walk in shower in our room!

The comfort is outstanding. The beds, pillows, sheets and room decor was so relaxing. Staff very pleasant & approachable from the front desk to cleaning staff. Can't wait to return.

It is a great hotel if you are stying over to fly out . Due to the proximity to the airport it is very noisy but also very convienient for the traveler.

Location. Small pillows on king size bed. Perfect for short overnights, especially if you have an early flight out of BUF.

Room was good sized and comfortable but not clean, particularly the bathroom. Floor needed to be mopped and swept, shower floor had quite a bit of mildew and needed new grout. It was a no smoking room but it had a very strong smell of disinfectant. Location was convienient and staff was friendly but I would look at other options before staying here again.

The hotel is very practical, close to every place I neede to go. We had a 6:30 am flight out of Buffalo and being accross the road made it very easy. Nice room and great Staff.

Very clean, quiet and appears to have been remodeled recently. Should be a 3 or 3,5 star. Very nice.

The hotel over all wasn't that bad. However, on the last night, our door was automatically locked. We came to the hotel very late, and tired. The hotel staff in the check in desk didn't care for us. We were surprised they didn't take immediate action, and in the end, we had to use a screw driver to open the lock on the door. We waited for one hour trying to open the door. Also, the hotel staff DID not fix the door. I was the one who used the screw driver. We do NOT recommend the hotel to other families.

Friendly staff and came with in-room kitchenette which was not expected. Decor could be updated but still pleasant for the star rating of this hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and very spacious. Dining facilities were excellent as was the breakfast which was included in the price. Staff were polite, and the hotel is well maintained.

The staff was very accommodating. They needed bigger towels in the pool area. This hotel was obviously next to the airport, but was very quiet! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The rooms were very sound safe I heard nothing in the halls or through the walls. Breakfast was wonderful and free. The staff was extremely nice. We would have preferred a tub/showerbecause of our kids rather than a stand only shower. The room size was small. Overall we liked our short stay here. Clean and comfortable with no noise level. The free breakfast was perfect and the sitting was more spacious than most I've been to. Friendly staff and helpers throughout the hotel. I like a bit bigger of a room but we had 3 small kids with us so it may have seemed small because of them. We were traveling for business and it was perfect for our situation. I enjoyed our short stay at this Holiday Inn Express.

It was cozy and fun and around all the places we wanted it to be around. The breakfast situation was really off. They originally told us it was from 6am to 11am and when we went down at 10 it was all gone & they were rude. Everything was great except the breakfast situation.

The staff was very friendly and happy to accommodate. The construction around the area was very unsightly! This was a nice 2-star hotel and the staff was wonderful! The breakfast was very diverse and delicious! The location was very close to the airport and therefore had a lot of traffic, but other than that, it was a great stay!
