Clean rooms/bathrooms, really nice thick/high thread count sheets. Very friendly staff, offered late check out (2pm) for free. Very nice hot breakfast. Clean pool. Great value for $, especailly in Traverse City where rooms can cost a lot. 5 minutes from Casino, 3 minutes form beach, 10 minutes from great shopping. They have a touism kiosk in lobby w/ links to local restaurants, attrctions, coupons etc.

Clean and quiet. I had to call for a different coffee maker - 1st one didn't work. Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable; the staff was helpful and there was a good variety of both hot and cold items offered at breakfast.

Room was clean; however, no refrigerator, and a very very SMALL narrow bathtub, which was a waste of space and difficult to get in/out, with no assistance bar to pull yourself up--a real nightmare for someone who has physical limitations/difficulties, much less for the average person...

Price/convenience/friendliness. Nothing. Holiday Inn Express fulfilled all the needs I expected. Convenient location to both the bowling facility and the casino. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast they offered was very satisfying.

Hotel staff was very accomodating, our room was clean ans spacious, breakfast was great and location is just a couple of miles from Traverse City. The hotel is right across the street from the bay, too, which is really nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Holiday Inn Express in Acme was very cozy, the room was a nice size with two queen sized beds. The hot water was very hot which was great. I had a choice of having my sheets changed daily or every other day. They provided me with extra pillows, which was great! The locatiion was near to the bay 1/2 to 1 block away. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice especially the cinnamon rolls and eggs. The hot tub could have been cleaner. There were suds in the hot tub. Very comfortable for traveling. It had everything we needed as far as being comfortable and a pool for the kids. There is a great offering for breakfast - something for everyone.

Outstanding staff - very friendly. A little noisy - could hear alot of normal noise from neighboring rooms. We were pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly from the front desk to the room service. The included breakfast was good, but the dining area is too small to accommodate everyone comfortably. The room was clean and well cared for. My only complaint was the normal noise that came through the walls from neighboring rooms/hall. Better construction would have solved that problem.

Breakfast choices, hot tub and ease to access both. Pool is on the smaller side. Convenient location relative to skiing and Traverse City. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast bar, clean, free internet in the lobby. Relaxing Jacuzzi - nice hot pool area.

Great hot breakfast. The hotel is new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary hot buffet breakfast was a good value. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Clean, excellent breakfast, helpful understanding staff. Chairs in the room were orange, gave a 70's feel instead of updated, parking lot was dark and not lighted near roads.

The continental breakfast was very good. I would have liked to room more if it had a flat screen plasma TV. This hotel was great. Very clean. The hotel staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent.

Clean facility, good internet. No desk in the room. Seemingly new hotel, clean facility. For a resort vacation area, this hotel has no frills. It's more of a business hotel. The pool area is big and friendly for kids, but theres nothing else about the hotel that you'd pick it to stay in. Overall, I was happy with my stay - I was there on business, but I would have been a little disappointed as a vacationer.

The hotel employees were helpful with our stay. Noise from hallway people talking loud. All together the stay and employees their were great and helpful. They gave us a warm welcome. Keep the warm welcome Holiday Inn.

Clean. Refuses us smoking room and had to take what they gave us non-smoking. When we arrived we were told by the front desk clerk that they had no smoking room available, and we had to take what they gave us. We did cancel our 2nd night and went to another area hotel.

Convenient location. They did not shovel the snow after heavy snow. It is not well lit. Overall it was a pleasant stay. It was hard to find at first as there were no signs. On the main street. Since it is behind another motel a sign would of been helpful. We arrived in the evening so the road leading up to the motel was hard to see. But it was comfortable once we were there.
