Excellent free breakfast. No comfy-chair in room (desk chairs only). Good basic accommodations, clean and comfortable; adequate but not super-fast wireless Internet, with the usual pointless marketing page before granting full access, and no option for wired access; free breakfast buffet 6:30-9:30 in dining area off lobby (including breakfast meats, not just continental breakfast); would have liked a more comfortable chair or two in the room, rather than just desk chairs.

Of all the places I have stayed over the years, this hotel had the most comfortable mattress and pillows. Excellent shower with a shower head that had plenty of hot water.

Relaxing, quiet and pet friendly. Rooms could use repainting and televisions upgraded. Nice place to stay in historic Hillsborough and close to Durham and Chapel Hill.

This place was so dirty and such poor service that I left the next morning and went to another hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful. Fitness equipment inoperable/ no internet from room. The location is good with easy interstate access. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The internet wireless did not pick up in the room, reportedly with some server issue. The fitness equipment (bike & treadmill, nothing else) did not work. The breakfast was sufficient and good.

The best thing is the location. Hillsborough is a great little village with good restaurants (in the historic downtown section), and it's located right on 1-85 and 1-40. So, it's just a 5-10 minute commute to either Chapel Hill or Durham. As far as the hotel amenities go, they're pretty much run of the mill. Some of the furnishings need updating. (I had an easy chair in my room that was about to lose an arm.) Other than that, the staff was friendly, and the free breakfast had pretty good variety. I'd stay here again for business or pleasure.

Good staff, good breakfast, location is a little out of the Triad, but manageable. A good place to stay for a reasonable price compared to the other Triad hotels.

Comfortable bed. A little hard to find when not acquainted with the area. I was very pleased with the staff accommodating us to an early arrival. We were able to check in at noon, and this was great since we had been flying all night. Our room was ready and quite comfortable even though it was a warm day.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable. Toilet design, water table too high! No exhaust fans. This hotel is a fine choice for business & leisure travelers. Continental breakfast selection although not expansive is adequately setup for most people. The staff is helpful, courteous, and efficient at check-in and check-out. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.
