We checked in late without any difficulties. The staff were professional and very kind even late in the evening. They were sincerely interested in making our stay wonderful. They enthusiastically provided us with places for dinner and included a voucher for free dessert at those locations. Rooms were very spacious and clean. All the necessities were there. Perfect for a simple, clean, restful stay.

Hot breakfast. Iron stained my shirt. Convenient to Grove City College and the outlet mall. Very clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

I would suggest that this is the best hotel value in Old Town Alexandria! Definitely would stay here again.

We live locally and wanted a get away weekend with the kids to swim and be lazy. The pillows, bedding and mattrace were wonderful. So comfy - could have slept longer. Fridge in room was nice. Would have liked micro too.

The pool is great for the children to unwind after shopping. Also, we like the free breakfast in the morning. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The Grove City Shopping Trip has become a family tradition. The Holiday Inn Express is our favorite place to stay, and it just wouldn't be the same in any other hotel/motel.

Location, room clean, bathroom was greats and served my need. I was 3 hours from home and needed to stop for the safety of other drivers. I checked in, got my room, the toilet flushed, got a free coffee, rested, the staff directed me to a good restaurant, exercised at the mall, returned, watched TV, slept well, great pillows, rose, good shower, good breakfast, and left for home

The Holiday Inn was very comfortable and the staff friendly. They had large rooms and a good supply of free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I would definetly stay there again.

Large room, comfortable bed, close to shopping. No hot water first day, but plenty on the second day. We were very pleased with this hotel. It was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. It was clean, breakfast was adequate. There was a nice indoor pool and small gym area. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

The Holiday Inn Express Grove City was very friendly. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. The in-room refrigerator was helpful and the large living area was nice.

Pool hours were great. Dining area, breakfast bar was too crowded. The hotel staff was adequate. Beds and bathroom were comfortable. Facilities were clean and orderly. However, room was very loud, too close to ice machine. Room was not very quiet. A lot of noise resonating from third floor. Will be better prepared next time.

We stayed for two nights at the Holiday Inn Express in Mercer, Pennsylvania and we were delighted with our accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. The Staff were very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Hotel was close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly, close to the outlet mall. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. Would like to see hotel keep food in stock at the continental breakfast buffet. Hotel needs to keep sidewalks and parking lots clear of ice in winter. Overall the hotel was nice but the room a little average for what I paid per night.

It was neither less nor more than what I've expected. Somewhat old bathroom fixtures, not bad breakfast buffet,good size parking lot, friendly staff, quiet location. I would probably stay there again if I'm in the area.

Cleanliness--rooms/bathrooms were spotless. Nothing comes to mind. This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were comfortable. I felt very safe as I was traveling alone without my husband and with 2 young kids.

Close to everything we wanted to do. There was nothing I didn't like. I'm a big fan of Holiday Inn and this one was no exception. It was close to all the activities I wanted to do while I was there. The staff was real friendly and made my stay there very nice.
