Date of Stay: April, 2009

We walked into the lobby and it was under total remodel. The front entrance was partially blocked by construction material and workers. The smell of paint and noise from the construction was unbearable. If we could have found another hotel we would have move but it was Spring Break and we were paying Spring Break prices for the room. We should have been notified of the remodel at booking or given a reduced rate or a voucher for future vists.

Breakfast. The hallway doors were left wide open all night any thief could walk right in.

The room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is close enough to the entertainment, but far enough away to keep you out of the heavy traffic. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely stay there on our next trip to Branson.

The front desk did move us after we complained that our room smelled like smoke. Also, we went through online travel website and then called direct to the hotel to add another room a few hours later and they refused to match the other roomrate. The breakfast room was so crowded we went back to our rooms to eat our artificial eggs.

The Holiday Express Branson Mo.(Green Mountain) was very comfortable,affordable and very well located. The location allowed easy access and departure.The staff was very helpful and the grounds and enviroment very clean.The hotel has a very nice little breakfast bar that is kept well supplied and clean.I would reccomen this hotel to anyone looking for anice stay at a nice price.

Rooms were a bit small. The location is nice away from the main hwy, but a quick drive will get you where you want to go. Clean, hospitible staff, and reasonable rates.

You would think that Holiday Inns would have softer beds, especially for the price. This one was like sleeping on the floor. Won't stay there again.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, plenty of towels, and a fabulous breakfast! Hotel was wonderful- friendly easy check-in, room was clean and comfortable, and bathroom 2 sinks- one inside bathroom one outside which is nice when traveling with kids, and bathroom was clean too with plenty of towels. The breakfast buffet was great too - eggs, bacon biscuits and gravy, donuts, cereal juices coffee- great value for families!

The room was nice, breakfast was great. Nothing. This is a great motel for a family to stay at, no loud noises or people, nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great. My son really enjoyed our stay.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, homey, easily accessible, good for the traveler with a handicap. Nothing comes to mind. I traveled with two seniors and a person with a physical handicap. It was a very clean, prettily furnished room that all enjoyed. Check in/out was easy. TheTV in the room had closed captioning available and (again) easy to access. The beds were comfortable. Loved that there was a sink both in the bathroom itself and outside where the closet was -- with 4 ladies that made getting ready a breeze. The closet was totally accessible for all occupants.
